“Legislation through Prosecution”: A new horrific form of tyranny.
Mueller Investigation Created Based on ‘Fake’ Crime – Continues Based on ‘Fake’ Crimes
The Trump witchhunt lead by Mueller has already crossed so many lines, committed so many crimes, all in the hopes of reversing the results November 2016 presidential election.
The crimes began with perjury and manufacturing of false evidence for a FISA warrant to create a special council. Blackmail to protect the special council and hiding the infinite scope of the investigation. The radicalization and rewarding of millions of individuals to hate and be violent towards other people over a difference of political opinion. The censorship of tens of millions of people. The destruction of attorney-client privilege.
Yesterday, “due process of the law” may have finally completely died, and its death was in a courtroom in New York City. Things have taken a horrible turn and almost no one noticed.
Among the “crimes” Michael Cohen confessed to is that he confessed to the “crime” of paying off people, which technically legal, and he claimed that a “candidate”, whom he did not name, put him up to committing those “crimes”.
While the “candidate” was unnamed, today the corporate media lied and falsely claimed that accusation was against President Trump.
Given whom Micheal Cohen’s legal representation is, it is not hard to figure out who the unnamed “candidate” is, and that unnamed person is not President Trump.
I wonder if the corporate media are paid by the lie. But, as horrible as that is, this turn of events to courts accepting confessions for crimes that do not exist is even worse.
By a defendant making a confession in a courtroom to a “crime” that does not exist, with the prosecution and judge accepting that that confession of a “crime”, and later punishment decided by the judge, these actions create legal “precedent” that will all prosecution of people to be charged with the manufactured “crime” and punished by the standards set by the original judge whom held to create the “crime” and punishment for the “crime”.
For example, if a white man on a courtroom confesses that being a “white man” is a “crime”, with the prosecution and judge accepting the confession of the “crime” and deciding the “punishment”, then other white men can be charged, convicted, and punished for the new “crime” of being a “white man”.
There is already precedent for people being charged, convicted, and punished of “crimes” even if said “crimes” were not legislated by a legislative local council , state congress, or federal congress.
This precedent was set by the U.S. Congress to allow government bureaucrats to create regulatory crimes outside of Congress, and the courts have upheld those “crimes”. So, it is likely the courts will uphold this new “Legislation through Prosecution”.
The only difference now is this “crime” was created in the courtroom through confessions and prosecutions, instead of in a meeting room by government bureaucrats through regulations.
But, that is not the worst part. Already, in some cases people are allowed not in the courtroom to defend themselves. There are already laws in the books that keep people from challenging government regulations in court, and deny people from legally defending themselves from accusations by government bureaucrats. At the rate things are going, trials will become a thing of the past, with people pulled off the street and being sent to prison or worse without trial.
There is already a two-tier justice system where foreigners and their puppets are immune to the law, while nationalists and their representatives in government have no rights.
It is clear the law is only what the government bureaucrats and judges say it is. The people, the Congress, the President no longer have a say.
The elected government is almost completely dead in the nation. With the death of “due process of the law”, elected government is on its way out. All that is left is one side or the other to create a dictatorship.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but black robes and their contents ARE in fact flammable, if you use enough gasoline?
All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.
Ranger One, you need to realize that judges are only as powerful as the “regulatory authority” that enforces the “law”.
As we saw with the Obama Administration, when the “regulatory authority” ignores the orders of judges, the judges are powerless to do anything against the “regulatory authority”.
I state “regulatory authority” instead of “executive branch”, because it is clear the office of the president no longer has controls of those that oversee the “law”.
I see it slightly differently, but effectively the same point. I don’t think laws can be created out of thin air. What happens is that the laws are so complex and covering a wide area, and the political atmosphere is so corrupt, that it’s not too difficult to find multiple crimes committed by anyone who’s been around long enough. So you have 7 or 8 crimes with enough evidence to make at least one of them stick. Then you charge the victim (Cohen) with a crime he didn’t commit that will make Trump look back and perhaps criminal, and get the victim to plead guilty in order to lesson the punishment for the actual crimes. So you know have a crime the media can run with that never happened and you’ll never have to provide evidence for. They aren’t inventing a law per se, just getting a crime recorded on the books that you don’t have to prove actually occurred.
On the flip side of this, when you’ve got control of the justice department, you can protect your side, but just claiming there’s not enough evidence, and never allowing your sides actual crimes to come to trial.
But back on topic, part of what makes this absolutely ridiculous is that Trump’s relationship with women was well documented. Trump’s behavior was a campaign issue from the start, and additional logs on the fire wasn’t going to sway anyone’s opinion. In fact, everyone knew that porn stars were paid off, long before it suddenly (yesterday) became a crime to pay off porn stars.
Then there is the logic that if NDAs are campaign violations, and NDAs don’t have time limits, then it would follow that any candidate that has ever paid hush money is immediately guilty of campaign finance laws.
I’d also claim that if we are actually attempting to have a fair election, and special council has drifted so far away from Russian collusion, wouldn’t it be pertinent to investigate the democratic campaign, giving it similar scrutiny.
Then there is the moral aspect of the whole thing. Can anyone really stand there and say that they are disgusted with NDA agreements during a campaign, but it is totally fine with destroying evidence, rigging a primary, and pay for false rumors about your opponent that are then used to trigger wire tapping and an investigation into everything your opponent has ever done?
Ok. Then do it.

This whole thing has gone on way to long. The first one fired needs to be Rosenstein. Serious conflict of interest.

Don’t forget the other player that really helps: The Media. When almost the entirety of the media is in the bag for one side, it’s pretty easy to pull your bulls~~~ right in plain sight. The media are doing the dirty work of keeping the villagers distracted.

Trump might get off free if he agrees to start another war LMAO, you watch those slaves that didn’t want to play by the system and it’s rules, will be sent off to die to another one of those killing fields all the while more immigrants come into this country to replace you while you die in another, pathetic isn’t it?.
Donald Trump is that kind of man that would sell off hes own mother if he really had to, almost everyone that was part of hes election campaign has been railroaded through kangaroo courts and were found guilty, he might just pardon them and trade deals while he plays games with the 2 tier justice system we have in this country, he wont fix the system he knows is broken he will instead play game with them, the real question here is on whose side Donald Trump is on? the Real Americans? The bankers? The corrupt government? the corporate elite? the international mafias?.
If you asked me i wouldn’t have the answer exactly, we will know the answer if he makes it to the 2nd therm though, he might start another one of those wars because we gotta bomb someone into the ground IE Might be Venezuela, can’t have those oil rich countries stepping out of line and selling oil in other currencies hahahaha, We not only need their oil but we need their people working s~~~ty jobs in the good ol’ U.S.A Gotta keep the machine OILED UP.
Trump might get off free if he agrees to start another war LMAO,
Be careful what you wish for. He might decide to declare war on the plotters of the coup against him.
He might go to his home in Florida and from there launch his campaign by declaring a “nation in rebellion” against the progressives, the media, the government officials, and their globalist masters.
There is a strong possibility the many in the military and of private gun owners will support him in his hour of need.

IF Trump were to get impeached based off of what we currently know, after others have gotten away with so much less, half of the population will lose faith in the government, will stop believing that their vote matters at all. For that reason alone, I doubt think impeachment will actually happen. The swamp wants Trump out because they want control, and impeachment for lack of decent cause, when much of the country is improving, does not give them that. Besides that, they are left with Trump running things, who is likely to push social conservativism to the front of the agenda while still following the mandates that got Trump elected.
Really, the left’s best play is to continue making noise from now until the midterms, and even on to 2020, in hopes that they can get more Americans to believe the sky isn’t blue. This just more noise.
Ok. Then do it.

I understand everyone gets caught up in the “Indians and chiefs” mentality, but If people wanted to take the government back it would be as simple as to march to congress and demand the constitution of the United states be legalized again and respected for the document and the idea it embodies.

Trump like every other person on this earth is a human being who WILL make mistakes and lots of them. You don’t get to where Trump has gotten without making those mistakes. Should he be excused for the reasons I listed above no of course not and you said yourself you voted for him and no one is asking anyone to die on a hill for him. Everyone has a choice and what is happening in the world today is bigger than Trump and if he was to go away today people will still be p~~~ed at the way the governments of the world have been running people to the ground for the last two centuries and more. There is a great awakening taking place where it will lead remains to be seen but people are starting to take notice.
