    Three years ago I think. Since I started operation tiny home I have had very few folks over. My own choice for various reasons. But all who have been over have been dear friends of mine, coincidentally none have been female. When your home is much smaller and quite steal-able one chooses very carefully whom they have for visits. The smaller the home I have had the more value to me it has held. Quite inverse from the monetary value aspect of housing.
