When I was a kid, I wanted to be like Kurt Thomas. He had amazing strength and balance. Have you ever tried to do a handstand without falling over? That’s a challenge.

I used to take gymnastics classes with my brother every Saturday. I loved it, but I wasn’t very good at it.

Thanks for the video, amazing what we can accomplish with the proper training. I did karate and taekwondo in my twenties. It was awesome the abilities that I developed. Now I stick to my old stretching exercises.
