Kansas City Attorney?

Greetings! I’ve been lurking a while. I’m about to divorce my wife of 22 years and I need an attorney in the Kansas City area who isn’t hostile to men. Any ideas?

FYI, Cordell & Cordell have a very bad reviews on line. They advertise big in KC, and have the right marketing message. But, actual clients have different opinions…

I too have yet to read or hear of good reviews of Cordell & Cordell. They advertise rather heavily in New England, on sports radio primarily it seems.

The Cordell & Cordell website seems to have links to various resources. Some of those links are to blogs they own however.

If you haven’t come across Terrence Popp yet, let me strongly suggest that you watch his videos as soon as possible. He has a number of them dealing with how to prepare for divorce. He’s a vet, has degrees in finance, and has been through a nasty divorce. While many of his videos are funny, he gives solid, no-s~~~, advice.

I am not an attorney but worked in a legal field for many years. Beware the attorney firm that advertises like crazy. They tend to be mills and will just churn low quality legal crap out.
Keep checking around and find one with good reviews online. Better yet, get a referral from someone you know, if you can

I met with Mark a couple of weeks ago. I like him and think he’s a great choice. He’s a straight shooter.
