Sen. Dean Heller (R-Nev.) said in a speech last week he believes Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy will retire this summer, according to audio of the speech obtained by Politico.

“Kennedy is going to retire around sometime early summer,” Heller said in the speech, according to Politico. “Which I’m hoping will get our base a little motivated because right now they’re not very motivated. But I think a new Supreme Court justice will get them motivated.”

——-This is going to amp up the mid terms in a big way. Some people talking like the Dem’s stand to have a loss of 5 more seats in the senate.
This might be nothing after looking more, Kennedy has been on this rumor list for a few years now. A rehash of old news.

Won’t happen, but I find the idea of Anne Coulter replacing Ruth Ginsberg to be amusing.

Both parties lost their base long ago but I have a strange hope for the Democrats: I want to see them beaten back to third party status. Perhaps that would force them to abandon the Progressives and Socialists and return to the Classic Liberal. At least then, they would be able to come up something better than they have in all branches. I like President Trump for the most part and hope against hope that he can turn the GOP base around as well, they don’t look much better than the current Democrats. I don’t know if Globalism can be stopped but I would at least like to see it delayed by a few decades.
