Just Made Me A Sammich

so i took a chicken breast i grilled a couple days ago,
tore the meat gently off and,
placed on a slice of good rustic bread,
some mayo,
sliced virginia ham and swiss cheese,
in to a hot cast iron skillet,
olive oil..just a little and a pat of butter.
first side is golden now,
flipped it and in to a 250 degree oven..
.
about 15 min. later out it came..
cut in half and the cheese melts down..
beautiful.
now to enjoy and maybe some hot sauce with it..
mmmmmmmmmmm…..

oh yeah !
this could have had..
roasted peppers
sun dried tomato’s
pepper jack cheese
amazing how much flavor you can put on it,
and the flip it and then in to the warm oven lets it heat through while the bottom crisps up..
MGTOW must feed ourselves.
as i have said,
ALL MEN know how to eat,
only KING’S DINE.
..That was dining for sure.

No woman could have made a sandwich as perfect as that.

A woman would have put a slab of chicken with bones on a stale piece of bread, then put a blop of mustard on the chicken, then put a square piece of cheese on top then smushed the top bread down, and the mustard would slip to one side. she would have put it on a used plate, and maybe dropped on the floor a couple times in the bathroom, then brought it to you.

having a small home takes a lot of work,
i like things clean and organised.
