Reading the article, it seemed quite a lot of scheming by a controlling woman and no serious legal judgement has actually been made. There exists a right to procreate. The wife is being divorced for cruelty but the law is not fast in India. So meantime she is bringing a cruelty suit against the husband for not knocking her up. She will drop this if he knocks her up. He has to decide if he wants to bow to the pussy or face a vexatious court case -the consequence of not bowing.

If he has any sense he will just carry on delaying everything and not bow to the pussy. Once he has his divorce he can them knock up some younger lady if he likes. This case is neither equal outcome or equal opportunity. There is nothing equal about it. The agreement as written was both equal outcome and opportunity, since it denied everything without consent of both parties. There is no logical reason to question that.

If you were trying to create an equal opportunity situation, then the law would require 2 fertilized eggs be made, one for each parent. Bot parents now have the opportunity to do with it as they wish. Equal outcome would mean that multiple eggs be fertilized enough to pretty much guarantee each parent gets at least one child. But this is a nonsense example. Since women now have the right to NOT be a parent, men should be afforded the exact same right.

Ok. Then do it.
