I rarely post to the niceguy MGTOW forum these days but I do read it just in case I spot someone sane there. I just went there and discovered that I am banned, meaning that I can’t even read the forum. I got no explanation, no warning, nothing. Very typically American, and typical of MGTOW, meaning complete asshole behavior.
I can’t possibly imagine the REASON why they would ban you! I mean, you are such a NICE GUY and so OPEN MINDED regarding labels and divergent ideas, right?
This is what happened. There was a thread on Islam, a topic that interests me enough that I posted to the thread. I asked some questions and I responded to a post, all related to Islam. One of the many regular posters who hates me there decided to attack me on that thread. The attack had nothing at all to do with Islam or anything else in the thread, it was simply a personal attack. In the attack, he referred to a post that I made 6 years ago on the forum. That post was controversial and I would never make a post like that now because I know that people these days are too stupid and closed-minded to understand it.
Wow, prejudice much? You are starting from the principle that everybody else is STUPID. That’s your starting point, ANYONE ELSE is DUMBER THAN YOU. To hell with whatever experiences, knowledge, perspectives that other people might have that don’t coincide with your thinking. The hell with trying to REASON with those OTHER people and to the possibility that YOU might be WRONG. You, and ONLY YOU, know the truth, right? And you WONDER why some of them told you to f~~~ off?
Anyway, I think I was banned for the post I made 6 years ago. The irony is that 6 years ago, on the very same forum, there was a civilized discussion of that very same post. This shows how dramatically things are changing. Just 6 years ago, MGTOW were okay. Today they are universally assholes. There is literally no corner of modern culture where people aren’t assholes. It is clearly time for me to leave modern culture.
Citation needed. What was the subject of this so controversial thread? What was YOUR position on the thread? So much ranting, so little information. Also, as for MGTOW, we evolved. I am recently new here, but from what I can gather, MGTOW started as a Tradcon movement. Men actually wanted the women to go back to the kitchen while they killed themselves working. But guess what? MGtow evolved. There are some of us that still want that, but as far as I can tell, most MGTOW can see now how s~~~ty of a deal this really is. Is that what you call “okay”? Are those the “Sane and free thinking people” you refer to? Tradcons? Manginas? “Women are inferior, they can’t take any RESPONSIBILITY! We have to PROTECT THEM at ANY COST!”. If not, than what would be your version of an “okay” mgtow? What is the position of those you deem “free thinkers” and “okay”. Citation FREAKING needed.
Also, again, everyone ELSE is an asshole. There is no place for you, the special snowflake to be in peace! Oh, those big and bad WHITE MAN! Oh my gawd!
