I’ve been reading this site for a long time and have now joined up, happy to be a part of the dialogue at this site. Reading this site has truly been awe-inspiring and listening to you guys living life on your own terms has been liberating, to say the least.

I also like to live life on my own terms. I think for myself and don’t do things just because its considered “normal” (ie it is considered normal to marry, have kids, buy a house).

I largely identify as a MGTOW. I do have occasional sexual relationships with females, but rarely take things further than that. I used to actually date women in long term relationships but I stopped doing that a few years ago and now just have sex occasionally. I’ve never been married and don’t plan on ever getting married.

Looking at married men has always turned me off of marriage, they look miserable and in 9 out of 10 cases are basically a slave to their wife, and work their whole life away for her and their (legally, her) kids. Only to be taken for granted, emasculated, and downright insulted. Not to mention half of the time things don’t work out anyway so you end up on your own. What’s the point in that?
