Wishful thinking, but never going to happen. The judge has initially declined spousal support because (again from experience) the female has to prove a clear and present need to pre-empt the final divorce decree decision on support.

With having so much bank, it was a no brainer to simply punt that decision to the divorce case.

Make no mistake, Depp will be paying a large spousal support sum to until she either:
1) gets married (haha! see David Hasselhoff’s case or pigs flying for the likelihood of that)
or
2) dies.

But if Depp dies before she does, his estate keeps on paying.

Oh most definitely…only I wouldn’t want anyone to know about it because then people just bug you. I’d want to be the old guy that dies some day and people are like wtf…that guy had 11 million dollars stashed away? (Well really I’d rather spend my last 6 months or so running up my credit cards…that would mean when I die I didn’t spend a day more than I had to working lol, but unfortunately short of suicide or risking spending a significant chunk of your senior years broke, its kind of hard to time it out like that)

Luckily I don’t desire a huge fancy house, a ton of toys, or a wife, so this shouldn’t be a problem I have to worry about. I also doubt I’d ever be super rich because I only plan on working until I have enough, then maybe putting one more year in for good measure and retiring early. What’s the point of a big house or toys when it just means I have to pay more taxes, or a wife when it just means I’m opening myself for a divorce rape.
