It was a miracle that the sprinklers in the court room didn’t go off as a result of the smoke coming from the burnt toast sitting in the witness chair. Even the prosecution didn’t want to re-direct or try to salvage the witness after the defence lawyer shredded the evidence of the first female accuser who has charged Jian Ghomeshi with sexual assault.

She has lied so much that the defence lawyer actually asked her, on at least two occasions “do you now want to admit that you have lied on the witness stand to this court?” This woman who claims to have been so traumatized by the incident with Ghomeshi that she couldn’t bare to re-live the experience when she heard his voice or saw his image on TV (for 13 years) and claimed on 6 occassions to the police that she had never saw or contacted Ghomeshi after the incident. Yet the defence lawyer pulls out not one but two flirtatious e-mails, both written in the early hours of the morning, asking Ghomeshi to contact her. One of the e-mails even had a photograph of her in a red string bikini laying of a beach. These flirtatious e-mails were sent early in the morning (1:30 and 3:02 am) when she said she was in a committed relationship.

The witness claims she simply forgot about the e-mails, but that she had told the prosecution council about the e-mails just last Friday. So the defence lawyer immediately turned to the prosecution table and out and out asked in open court if they had been informed by the witness about the two e-mails and they had to say no.

Yeah the water works. But this isn’t candy-ass family court where tears get you a bushel full of pussy-passes and the man gets the shaft. This is big-time criminal court being decided by a “Bench” or single judge (no jury). The stakes are really high. 18 months for sexual assault (x 4 counts) and life in imprisonment for choking to overcome resistance. So the judge ain’t gonna’ let a few crocodile tears decide this one. He wants facts, facts, facts and truth, truth, truth. No bulls~~~.

No she won’t get any jail time even though she was caught red-handed in several lies. She just covered it off by saying “well my memory of the time changes“.

So tell me guys if “a woman should be automatically believed when she claims sexual assault or rape,” does that mean it is automatically deemed to be the truth? If it is deemed to be the truth, why would you ever have a trial to determine if the guy was guilty of not? Nope, the lady said you did it. We believe her – 25 to life. Take him down.

I think the feminists were counting on the “don’t intimidate the accuser because that is sexist” tactic. Jian was clever getting a female attorney, though the both of them always look miserable in the press clippings.
