Jian Ghomeshi Case – Trial Has Started

I couldn’t believe it. The first female witness against Jian Ghomeshi, was totally destroyed by the Ghomeshi’s female Defence Lawyer ____ Henein. Got the details of the head smashing wrong (never happened), hair pulling wrong (wrong direction and was hair extenders), can’t remember hair extenders (wrong), got the car wrong (happened in a car that Ghomeshi didn’t own until after the event).

The memory of the witness is just total confusion. Several major lies and inconsistencies already revealed. Several different stories to police and media. The witness is toast. Going to be another false rape claim.

They were going to show the first female witness her own testimony to the police that was video taped but they were having “techinical” difficulties. The court room is over crowded. This woman wrote 35 e-mails to the police and there is one inconsistency after another. The story she told got bigger and bigger after she talked to a friend. She claimed Ghomeshi smashed her head against the car window. Now it never happened. She tells media that Ghomeshi was totally dazzled and smitten by her. Now she tells Ghomeshi’s female lawyer, Marie Henein that actually it was the other way around. She now claims that Ghomeshi was “interested” in her.

Starting to sound like the typical female bulls~~~ fantasies.

This is a prelude to the Bill Cosby trial. Very high profile sexual assault trial here in Canada.

Half the court room is filled with Feminazies. The other half with media (TV, Radio). This first female witness (early 40s) was just separated from her husband and went out looking for some “romance”. Disappointed that she wasn’t noticed by Ghomeshi during second attempt at getting a date. Claimed he was dazzled and smitten. That was toned down to she was dazzled and smitten and he was just interested. Looked up how to report her story to the media and gave TV, Radio and Newspaper interviews three times before reporting to the police, and then two additional interviews after. Story kept changing, new details each episode. Apparently she is well aware of procedures for reporting things to the police and has a history of doing so (probably screaming domestic violence against her husband) yet claimed the reason she didn’t report to the police first was because of her ignorance. She was shocked to find out that the contents of her e-mails to the police after the main interview would become public and evidence.

Well this is sort of like “no he didn’t actually put his dick or his finger in me but he raped me”. “I imagined I was raped and it felt like I was raped, so I was definitely raped”. “No doubt about it”.

It does not matter if the guy is found guilty in court.

He will spend loads of money, and time.
And in the end he will always have a stain on his character, even if his found inocent by the courts.

How can a woman be “raped” if the guy didnt penetrated here with his penis or his fingers???
