Jerry Brown signs new gun laws in California

Not much coverage of this. The laws take effect 1 Jan 2019. Of particular interest to the MGTOW community might be these parts:
“Other gun measures signed into law last week by Brown will do the following:
— Ban anyone convicted of certain domestic violence misdemeanors from owning a firearm for life.
— Allow police to ask for a gun violence restraining order verbally when there’s not time to make a written request.”

Wait this is just in California? i thought this was nationwide via the Lattenberg amendment. Either way in my opinion the laws are bulls~~~ because they restrict the rights of Citizens to own Firearm’s (yes even Felons should have the right to own a Gun if they so choose to).

However this is my opinion but onto the next one.

I am guessing they can go to the Courthouse just tell the judge they want a Gun violence restraining order without filling out the details and enact it (which gives the Police the right to seize your Firearm without even a search warrant or even a written request). Now again i believe that by the time they would be starting this (aka the Cop going to the Courthouse etc) anyone who would actually be shooting People would be in the final stages of planning (meaning the Police are useless when the shooter is driving to the School or the Mall right before it).

One can guess that anti-gun groups will file false reports such as the above on EVERY Republican they can find.

It seems the state government of California want to drive all every person and business worth anything, with only illegals being left in California.

It’s even worse in Canada. In Canada, a guy needs his GF’s or his wife’s permission to legally own firearms. The RCMP will even check with your ex-GF /ex-wife and she can veto your gun license application.

The police also have a phone hotline 1-800-ComeTakeHisGuns. Your GF or wife can just call and the cops will come and confiscate all your guns on her say-so alone.

Just one more reason to have nothing to do with f~~~ing women…
