Saw two guys playing chess this afternoon. I watched a while. One guy looked like he was down for the count. I had almost written him off. He didn’t give up gents. He got himself out of the squeeze and in about 9 or 10 moves won the game. It’s never over until it’s over. You have to be bloody good at the game to get yourself out of a corner like that. He slipped up, but kept on. So, we too, many of us have slipped up with women or other s~~~. Being a master means staying in control even when it looks real bad for you. If you hang on you can regain. You have to be trained at this though, so train, daily, at whatever makes you stronger.

Funny how that one still goes through my mind. Even today, after all these months. But I tell myself, that would be handing it way too easy to her. I mean, I’m hoping to make a go of my life still. Mind you I’m still a ways of from finalizing my divorce, so yeah, I think about that too.
