    Venture to guess that is burning a little Methanol to get the octane up in no-lead fuel and still deliver performance. Looked like it at start-up.

    My dad and both uncles had a fond love of flying/aviation.
    Once as a teen with all 3 we had just arrived at a small municipal airport to get breakfast before attending an autoshow.
    A cloudy day I thought I heard thunder but it turned out to be a restored P-40 warhawk making a landing . It was loud and could not help but get noticed on a quiet Saturday morning.
    Been a fan of old prop-driven warbirds ever since.

    Marry again, Hell NO ! ( Even JESUS was hung on a cross just once)
