Problem is the land theft seems to have no end in sight, certainly that of Palestinians. And now the U.S. is in Syria for the long run (future partition incoming?) even though Trump has said repeatedly we are getting out. Bulls~~~, presidents have no power, something bigger is running the show as our policies in the Mid East have been linear since 9/11, despite what president after president has said.

At some point you have to stay out of other people’s countries and stop stealing people’s land for there to be any hope for peace, and since this is blatantly obvious, the intent is clearly never ending theft and never ending war.

The videos and article don’t actually talk about or show any children being killed or shot at. It talks about tributes to people killed in Gaza.
Israel is a tough situation to deal with. A growing successful culture is going to expand. They should have cut them a piece of land in Northern Canada after WW2 instead of the mostly unoccupied territories in the middle east.
The poverty in Gaza is a result of uneducated people multiplying their population 5-10 fold with no education, infrastructure or money. It is only going to get worse in Gaza.
Meanwhile there are multiple thriving million person Palestinian communities throughout the world.

On what pretext/pretense?
Palestine was named that by the ancient Romans (Hadrian IIRC) around 520 or 530 BC, it was previously known as Judea, or commonly the “land of the jews”.
Whether one agrees with it or not is moot, as “Jews” can rightly claim it as their ancestral homeland regardless of ethnicity (which is completely different, being “Jewish” is only dependent on religious beliefs).

Now, I’m fairly certain the option of Northern Canada was probably looked at, but most likely passed on due to the closest facsimile in Europe/Asia/Africa/and the Middle East is Siberia.
