Is Thor: Ragnarok the most populist Marvel Film to date. (Movie Spoilers)

I saw Thor: Ragnarok last weekend. This is a very good, fun movie. Also, while Thor: Ragnarok deals with monarchies, the film has very deep populist undertones. This film is also very red pill. There are no major romantic subplots.

This movie has a lot red pill characters in this film. Thor has clearly been brushing up on his genre savvy, he is getting to be able as good a trickster as Loki.

Loki is clearly have some serious thoughts of his own. For Loki it is, he got to be king, now what.

The Grandmaster is a red pill hedonist. I am not going to say the Grandmaster is an outright tyrant. Except for the gladiators, much of the population he rules is doing okay.

The Hulk is an individualist trying to do his thing while getting the better of Bruce Banner.

Bruce is handling the situation he finds in a lot better than one would expect.

Valkyrie is cool. Tessa Thompson did a marvelous performance as (a) Valkyrie. She is likeable, but she is basically a stranded veteran of a long forgotten war doing her best to deal with the deaths of her loved ones and some serious PTSD with hard drinking.

For Valkyrie, it is not “I am woman, hear me roar.” It is, “I am done with this s~~~. Find someone else to save your world.” This red pill attitude works well for her.

    Korg is Korg.

The movie starts with Thor getting down to business and saving the universe, while figuring out what is wrong with the situation.

After some adventuring, a couple cameos, a character death, Hela Goddess of Death comes onto the scene. She destroys Thor’s hammer, and strands Thor and Loki on an alien planet where Thor is capture, put through some serious trauma and made to fight as a gladiator.

Meanwhile, Hela goes to Asgard. Hela conquers Asgard all by herself while doing her best “queen bitch of the universe” impression with her having the power to back of her personality. Hela is all, ‘me, me, me’. She kills off the Asgard armies, raises a undead army of her own (not from the people she kills), and she uses her army to kill much of the population of Asgard.

Hela in the film is the most destructive enemy of Asgard in wrecking the society. She is so powerful and evil that the heroes literally create a prophecy twist to destroy her. Not many films conclude with ending the world to save the people.

Meanwhile, Thor reunited with the Hulk, with him making a team and escape the alien planet, to return to Asgard.

Not to spoil the rest of the movie, but the film made a point that it is not the kingdom, nor the wealth which is important, but the people whom need to be saved. This is a very populist point of view to have.

No wonder the Thor: Ragnarok has made over six hundred million dollars to date. They found the main nerve. The same populist nerve that President Trump tapped into to win the U.S. presidency.

I found it surprising that this film is not blue pill, but red pill in so many ways. This movie was done so well. It was in a similar view of red pill as Guardians of the Galaxy 2. In quality, GotG2 barely edges out Thor: Ragnarok as best new red pill movie I have seen this year. But, Thor: Ragnarok is still a great, fun film.

I highly recommend seeing the Thor: Ragnarok film.

Also, make sure to check out the stinger scenes in the middle of the credits at at the end.

Sounds decent bro! Have to check it out….I am *really* waiting on NetFlix’s The Punisher! Loved the portrayal in DareDevil and grew up on his comics….they did a pretty good job. A

not keen on the new Marvel films – too much comedy for my tastes. Plus Spiderman went full on SJW so that has put me off them

Going to see Justice League tonight though – really looking forward to it

I find most of the MCU movies, including Thor: Ragnarok, to have a good mix of comedy, drama, and action, with solid plots and acting.

Plus Spiderman went full on SJW so that has put me off them

I believe that Sony produced that movie.

Going to see Justice League tonight though – really looking forward to it

I hope you have a good time.

I agree, I’m tired of Hollywood making a laughing stock out of my heritage. F~~~ them and their sick agenda.
