I think this type of woman must have went extinct shortly after this song was released in 1962.

    I’m a Woman

    Peggy Lee

I can wash out forty-four pairs of socks
And have them hangin’ out on the line
I can starch and iron two dozen shirts
Before you can count from one to nine
I can scoop up a great big dipper
Full of lard from the drippin’s can
Throw it in the skillet, go out and do my
Shopping and be back before it melts in the pan
    ‘Cause I’m a woman
    W-O-M-A-N
    I’ll say it again
I can rub and scrub till this old house
    Is shinin’ like a dime
Feed the baby, grease the car and
Powder my face at the same time
Get all dressed up, go out and swing
    Till four a.m. and then
Lay down at five, jump up at six
    And start all over again
    ‘Cause I’m a woman
    W-O-M-A-N
    I’ll say it again
If you come to me sickly, you know
    I’m gonna make you well
If you come to me hexed up,
You know I’m gonna break the spell
If you come to me hungry,
You know I’m gonna fill you full o’ grits
If it’s lovin’ you’re lackin, I’ll kiss you
And give you the shiverin fits
    ‘Cause I’m a woman
    W-O-M-A-N
    I’ll say it again
I can stretch a greenback dollar bill
    From here to kingdom come
I can play the numbers, pay my bills
And still end up with some
I got a twenty dollar gold piece says
    There ain’t nothin’ I can’t do
I can make a dress out of a feed bag
And I can make a man out of you
    ‘Cause I’m a woman
    W-O-M-A-N
    I’ll say it again
    ‘Cause I’m a woman
    W-O-M-A-N
    And that’s all

I am sure this song will be soon be edited out of history. We can’t have someone take pride in their oppression…unless, of course, it is men on the plantation. Then it is ok to have pride about being oppressed.

This will be forgotten until the pendulum swings back and women are honest about their dependence on men. And that won’t occur until women’s pride is deflated which will be never. That’s why it’s best not to pay for a woman. Never pay for a woman on a date. It’s a scam.

Need to add a line something like: ” I can suck the bark off a tree so when you want I’ll get down on my knee…honey.”

If I trust Wikipedia on this one, the song was written by two men. Actually most, if not all, of her songs were.

    So… disqualified.

Things won’t change until the conditions do. Lots of pussy beggars out there. That say, I don’t give a s~~~ one way or the other because I’m very happily GMOW.

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

Woman have always been like they are, except that we are seeing what was INSIDE them the whole time, being displayed on the outside.

When a woman dyes her hair blue, she has more than likely always been a feminist c~~~; the hair dye didn’t react with her brain cells to turn her into a feminist.

All feminism did was expose what a raw deal men have with regards to relations with women. When trad cons ran things, it was still a raw deal; feminism simply turned it into a rotten deal.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

They didn’t go “extinct”, they morphed back into what they always were: conniving manipulating bitches.

I thought so… No weemin would write that unless she had a knife to her throat.

What he said. Women haven’t changed, they just aren’t socially punished for revealing their true nature anymore.

Somewhere .. back in them thar’ hills of previous century .. probably closer to the beginning .. and I’m not talking “flappers”

but, someplace .. probably in Kentucky or Arkansas .. possibly North Carolina or southern Virginia .. let me just say around 1939 .. poor, yet attractive in an earthy way .. healthy looking, scraggly hair .. and not skinny, … yet fit, from fieldwork .. chores.

.. and pulling up to the local Feed Store in an old Chevy, helping Dad carry out some groceries and slightly smiling as they drive away ..
… heading East … on an old dusty road

if I had lived back then .. I might have seen the almost-nawalt who currently only exists in mythology. There might have been one .. or even, some .. very possibly, none. The almost-nawalt or the near-nawalt .. the smile can be deceiving, the Siren’s song .. the rocky shore.

That girl I saw at the feed store .. in tattered denim bibs, never having been to Raleigh .. cooking for her brothers and Dad since Mom passed away .. yes, she might have been semi-protected from society .. having never rubbed shoulders with those “oh so many worldly sisters of corruption”

but, even back then, I’d have to see it to believe it .. and even then, I only believe half of what I see, at the Feed Store, 1939 .. I want to believe, however …. you know me, I’m not a pessimist but I a realist .. to the end, always a safe route

yet .. what I can trust is what has worked so well, turning on my heel … 1939, look far toward the horizon, sighting freedom
… heading West … and quietly walking away

Yes, I mean no .. definitely NO, .. I still like the pick-up truck .. my story more on the order of mythical Charlene Darling.
“Salty Dog” never included in the DVD of this show. It was cut, edited out, of Box-Set because of it’s original meaning.

21st Century version of the song: I’m a victim. V-I-C-T-I-M.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)
