MGTOW as an idea, philosophy, or a way of life needs maximum truthful exposure. Even men that are moderately successful at communicating can be good advocates for continued expansion of red pill thinking.

On an individual level, every MGTOW should be an unsolvable puzzle and a ghost.

At some point, and we’re approaching it, it will take significant convincing to get a man to do what used to just be a “normal” part of growing up. Getting married could become the anomaly that the confirmed bachelor was in the fifties.

Getting milk for free, being punished for cow ownership, and punished even worse for getting rid of the cow has made lots of men wonder if they are into dairy at all.

I am mixed on this.

On the one hand I see problems growing and being more public. Some mentioned in posts above.

But on the other – even if a public figure of MGTOW were to be smeared and organisations attempted to bring him down, that very publicity would be attractive to many men despite the content of the smear.

You have to admit many people admire the outcast. Many people admire the anti hero.

If it were to become public knowledge that there are thoasdands of us it may be enough to attract more to the life.

Please understand that you need to make a distinction here, a very big distinction. What members of this site do in their lives is their business. It’s up to them whether or not they ever post here. Now the website is at least publicly viewable for everyone who happens to come by. That’s a fact. To reconcile these two things each of our identities has been hidden and we share only as much as we care to.

Also consider that this isn’t the only MGTOW game in town, there are lots and lots of MGOTW videos and websites out there. So, with all of this content do you really expect MGTOW to not get some attention? SO what if it does? Refer back to my first paragraph, our identities are intentionally obscured and we only share what we want. By the way, the more press of any kind that we get the more our message gets out, it’s free advertising. Think Mr. Trumps bid for president, all the negative press actually helped get him elected. I can remember as a young man not having ANY people to talk to about this kind of information. That was over 20 years ago. I absolutely LOVE that we get any and all press. Why because if there are any kids out there like I was thinking about red pill stuff and not knowing how to process it they are now more likely to know where to turn.

That’s a very significant point that you’ve made, one that isn’t emphasized enough. I’m an early 40 something and saw first had the disgusting vitriol and man hating garbage that started being pumped out in NYC in the late 80s and early 90s. It was flagrant. That kind of stuff went mainstream and institutionalized in academia in the 90s. People who write these hit pieces have some nuggets of truth in their articles or videos, but they’re mostly going for the lowest hanging fruit or the lolcows and making them believe any guy that lives a lifestyle with any semblance to the MGTOW philosophy is like them.

But their mistake is they still think people are stupid and they’ll take anything at face value. After incidents like what Project Veritas exposing CNN, YouTube, and The NY Times, normal people are getting to understand how commercial news is a business, I think more people are going to dig deeper and engage in the content more to try to figure out if what those hit pieces and smear campaigns are true or not.

Then again, I can’t speak for those who live in countries that censor information or kick down people’s doors and throw people in jail for posting jokes or mean things on Twitter.

NGTOW is a grass roots gut reaction to a toxic society.
That reaction takes the form of withdrawal from said society.
It is impossible to enforce nonwithdrawal.
Besides, how would they know who to enforce their rules upon.
There are no end of reasons to withdraw from a society: poverty, religion, lack of peer group, education, cultural and ethnic concerns, language difficulties, disfiguring injury, mental concerns,etc,etc,etc.
Our strength is in our ordinariness as people.

Men are walking away and the media cares now because women are starting to feel the effects. It isn’t as bad as Japan but it is slowly getting there. Something like that is bound to capture the attention of the media. Couple that with the videos being pumped out and I’m not even talking about the usual suspects, look at the number of new people there are on YouTube just hammering out video after video about MGTOW. Most of it is just pure senseless garbage that the media then uses to portray that MGTOW is some hate group.
