Anyone read “Stand By Your Manhood” by Peter Lloyd?
He was on Fox News, and looks like he echoed MGTOW comments on the show. I was curious how much his book would fit being MGTOW.
Here is the clip:
"I am my own thang. Any questions?" - Davis S Pumpkins.
I tried to get a copy, but it’s not available in my area. Based on the TV interview and the reviews, I thought it was worth a read. On the other hand, my library will have to get it for me to get to read it. This is because I’m already sold on Going My Own Way, and I have already read a stack of other authors.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
The dismissive bitches on that show made it hard to watch.
“Women 18-30 years of age also don’t want to get married” no f~~~ing s~~~ DOCTOR, because the world is their oyster… but what about those 30+ women? “Op we’re all out of time, stay tuned for your local weather”.
Notice she didn’t address his statement that the man loses custody of his kids in most cases but puts her big girl panties on and loudly declares “Everybody should have to pay child support” really DOCTOR? EVERYBODY? (Or just every man?)
I wish this “interview” was a victory for mgtow, but it was more of a “look what this silly man wrote a book about”.
"Compare your lives to mine and then kill yourselves" -BBR
I haven’t read the book but the author definitely speaks like a man who understands going your own way. Of course he wasn’t given time to respond to the so-called psychologist and the interview turned into a “wait a minute, what about us weemins?” fest and trying to use children to fog over how the dad gets screwed out of his life.
That psychologist starts with “According to the studies….” OH REALLY? What studies are those? Feminists-funded studies or Manginas-funded studies?Weemins pursue psychology studies to have a leg (wooden leg, of course ) to stand on in arguments they clearly aren’t qualified to have.
If a weemin tells you “I’m studying psychology” RUN!Don't let them Blame, Shame or Tame you!
Give 'em NOTHING, not even an answer!

My post was to get some info on the book, because I don’t know. I figured I would post and see if anyone read it and could do a review. I would of expressed my thoughts on it, if it was the case. I would speculate that it has some info useful for MGTOW, but not really a MGTOW book, specifically on living the MGTOW lifestyle. I am far more interested in how to live MGTOW than I am getting more information for its own sake. I have things to do.
On a loosely connected note, it looks like my doing a Google hangout video managed to drive the subscriber count to my YouTube channel over 100. I will likely be doing a video discussing my games related channel for my MGTOW channel, as I take a break for at least a week producing more MGTOW related content. I say this here, as my games channel also connects with my basic idea of more do, and less talk and watch. The focus of both my channels is on doing things in life, rather than being a spectator.

It’s mgtow lite. A slow … maybe slightly effeminate easing in of the mgtow life.
Like a red marshmallow rather than a pill.
It’s strong enough to get an intelligent guy searching further.
A good book to give a chosen friend for Xmas ☺
I don’t know anything about the book but for me any book qualifying as true mgtow must contain key words/phrases like
parasite…t~~~……c~~~……leech. ….c~~~ carousel…..gold – digger. …..enemies of justice. ……backstabbing sluts…….lost souls…….unpleasant and unpleasable……whore……vile creature……spawn of satan……etc, etc, etc
I have read and can concur with the idea of this being MGTOW light.
It is a very good book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He does mention MGTOW in the book, but identifies with his self-coined term “Suffragent” instead.
He is not opposed to the idea of never getting married, but not unless the laws are changed to even the odds. What he does is awaken people to the pride of being a man and the fallacy of feminisim.
Here is the killer. He struggled to get it published though. They told him Men would have zero interest in this, but he persisted with it – and proved them very wrong.
Author is a very nice guy. I have spoken to him via DM’s in twitter.
So not full-blow MGTOW, no. But an excellent way to introduce someone without scaring them off.
I am reading it presently on my iPad. I am only about 20 pages in. The author talks about many inequities in Family law, that men pay 70% of income tax, etc. I assume that figure is for the UK. He references Esther Vilar’s The Manipulated Man.
The author proposes men opposed to the status quo call themselves suffragents. I had never heard of the Movember movement to raise money in November by growing mustaches. This goes to much needed funding for Men’s health issues.
His new term for misandry is stiletto sexism.
Of course, Womenz were unhappy with Movember. They invented thier own one. I can’t recall what it was called, but it involved not shaving downstairs.
