I swear to god, women are f~~~ing retarded. So first they clamor to get into the workplace, leaving the oppression of staying at home behind. They directly compete with men, doubling the labor force, and depressing the salaries for everyone. On top of that, they claim discrimination, and take jobs of more qualified men. Then the f~~~ up the schools and colleges, diluting the educations and raising the costs for all.

And finally now, they realize that working a career isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, and are bemoaning the fact that things are so screwed up they CANT go back to staying at home even if they wanted to. They f~~~ everything up, then realize that where they started was actually the best place for them to be. AND they blame their partner for not making enough money so they can stay at home. WTF.

Is ‘Opting Out’ The New American Dream For Working Women?

At a moment in history when the American conversation seems to be obsessed with bringing attention to women in the workplace (check out “The End of Men,” or Google “gender paygap” for a primer), it seems a remarkable chasm between what we’d like to see (more women in the corporate ranks) and what we’d like for ourselves (getting out of Dodge). But it’s true: according to our survey, 84% of working women told Forbes Woman and TheBump that staying home to raise children is a financial luxury they aspire to.

What’s more, more than one in three resent their partner for not earning enough to make that dream a reality.

Good summary. Women seem to destroy everything they can get their hands on and then complain about it and blame it on men.

Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.

The grass is always greener over the septic tank. And if THEY get stuck with child support when the husband opts out, they bitch even louder. Well, I’m deaf from all the noise and I just can’t hear them anymore.

Women: someone who ruins everything and would claim fire itself is sexist for burning them.

Women destroyed everything in the homes, moved into the workforce and the result is … Destruction!! Chaos!! What else could we expect ??

They make up around half of the work force but pay nothing in tax and they consume the lion share of goverment money. Maybe women should pay more taxes isn’t that a radical idea.

Sorry girls((NOT!)) but we don’t want you back in the kitchen, partly because modern women are useless in that area, so go back to your cubicle and do some actual work for a change.

they thought the grass is greener on the other side.

they go there, realised it isn’t. and not only that, men are now legging it and seizing their freedom

now all they have is lots of stress and debt and low prospects of marriage and children.

well us men, we’re having our own enlightenment. it’s fantastic

I’d rather see them working in an all-female coalmine or on an all-female oil drill at sea, so good people don’t have to lay eyes on them, which is good for the “you go girls!” because it means less stare rape! Win win!

Maybe women should pay more taxes isn’t that a radical idea.

Is it that radical? Women do have a higher life expectation, elder people are more prone to suffer and needing medical aid in hospitals, hospitals are government funded, how about making the class who are much more likely to benefit, pay the bill?
Poverty lowers life expectation, so taxes are less for the poor, the higher the income the longer one lives, the more taxes he has to pay. – so the idea is not radical, but logical. Bad news: this world nowadays is not working based on rational thinking, but on feminazi gynocentrism.

honestly read Marx’s “the capital”, avoid being triggered by words taken out of context due to political propaganda – you will find most of his thoughts appear to be quite understandable at least.
But avoid logic, follow an ideology and you’ll end up like the USSR (shrinked and disabled), the GDR (out of existence), Kuba (forced to ignore the ideals) or Venezuela (too poor to feed it’s people decently).

Women took men for a long run around the park of insanity! Now they can go f~~~ themselves every way to Sunday!

Whatever fickle thing they want they’ll have to get it for themselves!

Read that again. Staying home is a financial luxury THEY aspire to. Really, how? By working hard and not spending, so they have saved up the money to be able to stay home? Right, didn’t think so.

THEY aspire to find a man that makes a s~~~ ton of money. That’s not aspiration, that’s a whore.

    Meh
I read the article and the comments.
Just more of the same fluff.
More complaints about how hard life is for women and how they are so f~~~ing oppressed by work and/or family and any other choice they make or want to make, but it’s all the fault of MEN.
Thankfully I’m finished with marriage/relationships/raising kids bulls~~~ and I wont be paying/working for someone else to enjoy theirs.
I, like billions of other men, didn’t have the ability to “opt out” and had to choose and pay for my decisions and those of my ex wives, ladies you are entitled to do the same, it’s called life. Shut up and get on with it already.

I can afford to opt out now due to sacrifices I made while I was younger, both financially and physically.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

“Over the past three to five years we’ve seen highly educated women—who we’d imagine would be the most ambitious—who are going through med school, getting PhDs with the end-goal in mind of being at home with their kids by age 30.”

Statements like this really p~~~ me off, and I think more people in general should be p~~~ed off about it. It costs a lot of money to get a higher degree like that, one that is assuredly government subsidized. You have an obligation to contribute back to society much longer than the 5 years of work you put in. Women, and men, who do this should be taxed heavily to pay back what they owe society for their selfishness.

But women don’t give a s~~~. They believe they are entitled.

“When you’re at work, you’re not giving enough time to the kids, when you’re at home, you’re not giving 100% to the office. Something’s got to give.”

No s~~~. You think men don’t feel the same? Of course we do. Accept we also have to deal with trying to keep unhappy bitch happy, since she can blow the whole thing up on a whim. Notice there isn’t one ounce of concern for her husband? Women will make statements like this then say men aren’t doing enough for their wives. HeforSheMyAss.

    Ok. Then do it.

I think the biggest problem is that women go to work and then realize that they aren’t in charge. There is always a boss to report to. At home, it’s my way or the highway. Even the CEO of a Fortune 500 company has a board of directors. But not a stay-at-home mom. And you don’t even have to make sense, you can just act like a bitch and everyone jumps through hoops for you.

It should have been titled “Womaning out” The New American Dream For Working Women.
Of course it was written by a woman. Would we have expected anything less?

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.
