I was working at a college football game yesterday and had a couple girls hitting on me pretty hard, one was a 20 something and the other a 40 something. Both were pretty attractive and “doable” for a quick pump and dump.

All kidding aside: The “Yes Mean Yes” law is the one you would need to research to answer your question. Note that any case is at the mercy of a judge’s interpretation, so two identical cases could end radically differently.

We can neither confirm or deny whether the alleged actress made that false accusation.

There is a realistic prospect that a jury would convict the CPS and police for bringing that prosecution, even the judge told them to drop the case. The police withheld cctv evidence, it is alleged they slowed it down, it was clear the complainant lied and the police failed to identify and track down witnesses in support of his innocence and there’s a facebook group with about 300+ similar cases.

On that evidence alone, there is a realistic prospect that the jury would convict the police and CPS for misconduct in public office or harassment
