Suppose a man desperately wants to get married. Is there any way he can ensure marriage and safety as well?

 

Is there any way to contact women that is NOT dangerous even in the slightest? (except prostitutes, but they’re illegal)

Prenups are not reliable.  Almost half get tossed out in court.

By law a man can not both engage in marriage and secure his assets/freedom.  If you like your assets and freedom, you secure them by not marrying at all. Marriage does not just tie up your current assets and freedom, but those you may gain for potentially the rest of your life. You have to be f~~~in’ nuts to marry.

The best pre-nup is a no-nup … as in no nuptials, whatsoever.

As far as I can tell, no. Usually it depends on the judges, and since feminism already took over the court you can pretty much where I am going with this. I would stay away from marriage, just in case…

The “half” part would only come with common-law marriage that would be imposed by the courts after a period of cohabitation.

Concerning guarding one’s sperm – the average child support payment in the United States is about $450.  $450 * 12 * 18 = $97’200.  While child support is more or less dependant upon income, there have been plenty of cases where child support + alimony exceeded one’s after-tax income, so one’s liability could exceed “half”.

I’ve wondered why a (legally prepared) prenup can be declared “invalid” while a marriage license cannot.

If a prenup isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, neither is the marriage license, which only exists because the prenup does.

prostitutes are not illegal.  It’s public solicitation that is illegal.  You can get escorts from the internet and you’re not breaking the law.  if you’re at the stage where a pre-nup is still an option, a better option is to not get married.  pre-nups can go out the window when children get involved.

Prenups mean nothing in court. Even billionaires who can afford the best lawyers get the f~~~en prenup thrown out. Courts don’t give a s~~~. They are still going to give the c~~~ 50-100% of your money somehow.

Here is another question: How many of those judges are willing to give up their jobs and join the unemployed?

But her layers say that has nothing to do with anything they already have a ruling.

I’m not sure about looking about loosing there jobs (the specifics of how it’s done vary a little country to country) but the system is basically that the area they represent gets matching federal funds when they charge alimony and child support. The additional money they gain is based on how much alimony and child support they demand people pay totaled up.

Also when the women challenges a prenup that is paid for by marital assets that will be taken by force if necessary so long as they can find a way. Both attorneys will spin gears a bit on it avoiding progress to rack up charges so they get paid more.

Prenups used to work, and some will still stand, not that it’s worth the risk at this point, but with the decline of marriage having a secondary effect of reducing the number of possible divorces prenups are often view by courts as a threat to their budget.

Was trying to find the article from a different divorce the author (a woman) was complaining that prenups were being thrown out so frivolously that it was starting to make it harder for women to find men willing to marry. Not that she cared about the men or anything just that they were getting warned off of being trapped by women.

The only pre-nup that works, is hiding your assets.  Back in the day, hiding your assets off shore was a lot easier.  Nowadays between money laundering for terrorists, and US regulations after the last 7 years of recession, it is much harder.

When you realize the pre-nups are useless, and hiding assets is tough, both seem like too much hassle to take any chances with marriage these days.

That’s it right there. Prenups are just grease for the trap to help you slide in easier. Ask a divorce attorney some time about the value of pre-nups.
