OMFG the worst words in the world, after I’m not happy.

In the best intrests of the child usually means you are being f~~~ed over, and you have to stand there in the court and just take it.

ITBIOTC for me meant paying child support and having a $200,000 life insurance policy, for which I pay $150 a month I think.

    Over the next 3 years I will pay $450 X 36 = $16,200
The life insurance policy pays out $200,000 if I die.

Do you brothers see where I am going here? Is it in the best interest of the child to receive $16,200 over 3 years, or is it better to get a lump sum of $200,000?

By my reckoning, it is in the best interest of the child that I die, and the kids get a big payout, than I live and pay something every month.

Some day, some f~~~wit judge is going to order this s~~~. F~~~wit judges can order absolutely horrible alimony and child support orders on men. As straight up money, I may not pay a lot, but I don’t make a lot. Between taxes, CS, rent, utilities and payments on debt, I can put less then $100 in my pocket every month.

Don’t worry, I’m ok dudes, I’m working on rebalancing all of that.

Getting back to my original question…once some f~~~wit judge makes a ruling and creates precedence, it is literally game over. It may be that by continuing to live, I am in contempt of court for not acting in the best interests of the child. Being alive is now illegal.

OKOKOK so this seems silly and far fetched to you today. Ask yourself this, how many people have the Communists executed in the best interest of the State? What if some f~~~wit judge decides the insurance money kids get also benefits the state…spend $200,000 and there is tax money on purchases. Oh. 5 or 6% of $200,000 is $10 or $12,000. Suddenly it is in the best interest of the state for us f~~~ed over divorced men to die.

Yeah there are some serious holes in my thought process here. The life time earnings and taxes paid over a man’s lifetime outstrip the $12,000 sales tax on purchases with the man’s death benefit…or does it? Men go to jail for random bulls~~~. I pay $5,000 in taxes, but if I was incarcerated, it costs far more than $5000 and the child support I pay to keep me locked up. Cheaper to let me go and continue to suffer through my s~~~ life, then lock me up, and lose my job.

Just thought I would share my nightmare with you…this s~~~ popped into my head at 3am, and I couldn’t get back to sleep. yep, woke up screaming thinking I was in court getting assrammed again.

…State. Women are the unwise willing foot soldiers of the state. Power mongers.

You have 3 years left until your sentence is over. Focus on that finish line. Make plans for “after”. Remind yourself that you will never let yourself be snared by a woman again or the government that supports her insanity.

As soon as your child support obligation is over try to reach out to your kids. A letter or an email reminding them that you still want them in your life now that Momma is out of the way. Start small and work your way closer to them. All of us here with kids know what you are going through…some worse than others. We all can chip in with advice or help.

Sad but probably true in a few short years in the court system. Thanks for the laugh though, it really was out loud, I needed it.

    Get a vasectomy.
