I’m going to court for full custody of my daughter, and I feel like the judge is making me jump through more hoops then i should. It feels like women have it so much easier when doing this. anyone in mgtow land can give some advice?

I’ve been jumpimg through the hoops. She hasn’t shown to the mediation or the first judge cost but he sent me back to mediation and she didn’t show to that either. He keeps giving her chances after chance its bulls~~~ but I’m doing what I have to do for my daughter.

He (the Judge) is doing two things at once:
first, he is giving your drug-addicted ex a chance or two to straighten herself out,… if she can. This gives the court the impression that he is sympathetic to women in divorce.
Second, he is feeling you out . He is using the time to see how you react to matters when things aren’t good for you. STAY CALM, I know it is hard when emotions sink into your thoughts, but getting emotional only hurts your chances. Hopefully, you have a REAL JUDGE who values what is best your your child
Put what is best for your child above all else, then the judge will know how much you love him/her.

In my divorce I didn’t want to pay full on for an attorney. I found one that was willing to work as a consultant. Was way cheaper. good luck.
