There’s been plenty of buzz over this marriage strike or one of the derivations of that. I’m not on strike. Being on strike implies that I will go back once the strike is over. I’m not on strike until my demands are met. I’m never going back to the plantation. We’re not coming back, I don’t care if the laws were changed tomorrow. I firmly believe that women are a waste of time no matter what. It is only recently been brought to light in the past 50 years or so. And even if it was the 1950’s, I still wouldn’t f~~~ing go for it because women are a waste of time.

It was never a marriage strike from the beginning. Many of us were never married, and so we can’t go on strike over something we never had done in the first place. I heard links to a “marriage strike” before, but that was like ten years ago, and before MGTOW became such an online sensation.
I was never on strike either. Came close by being engaged once, but I have my fiancée to thank for showing her true nature of cheating behavior beforehand because it saved my life. I’m not “going on strike for better marriage laws”. F~~~ it. If the laws change to improve our situations in a divorce proceeding, I’m still staying single anyway.
“Marriage strike” is something an outsider who can’t relate to us decided to call MGTOW in the first place. Most likely an employee of the media once the numbers of whining single women in their inability to find a “good man” increased 500 percent after 2004 and decided it would make an interesting article on “marriage strikes”, “Peter Pan Syndrome”, and “the failure of men to commit” towards toxic women.

Simply we mgtow are just avoiding marriage because it provides little benefit to us. Especially these days when we get f~~~ed over by the government because we signed a piece of paper. If they were to change the laws a few mgtows would get married but the majority would not go back.

It depends on the condition of society actually. If enough women end up alone with cats then more women will try to get married because even thou they cannot divorce rape the man the man still provides for them. Also women still have the marriage fantasy in their heads from when they are kids. When women marry young they don’t think it out and go with the moment when they get older they suddenly want a nice guy with a wallet. Yes women will still marry if the laws changed.

It’s not a matter of laws, it’s a matter of technology making them a burden.
Technology has shifted the vast bulk of work onto the man.

70 years ago we needed them for cooking and cleaning. All that burden has shifted to the man who has to work to supply the never ending list of gadgets that make cooking and cleaning seem nothing in comparison with pre-industrial times.
Cloths used to be a big part of what women used to contribute. Up till about 70 years ago the vast majority of cloths were home made and repaired, except for upper middle class and higher. All this has been shifted onto the man to work to supply the money to cloth the whole family. Up till a few hundred years ago women virtually made all cloths from scratch.
The vast majority of people used to be rural up till 70 years ago and most of them had women growing vegetables, fruit and livestock of sorts. Women used to put a lot of work into tending and preparing food for the table. All the effort involved has now shifted to the man to work to produce money to purchase everything straight off a shelf.
Women now complain because they feel their stuck with grocery shopping????

The moment a state is created women will manipulate the state. They always have, they always will.

I actually feel the same way. Marriage was always a tremendous burden for men. Men did it anyway, for the good of humanity in general.

But we’re overpopulated and women became impossible to guide and work with, thanks to the unbelievable ineptitude or the intentional sabotage perpetrated by the State.

I would need a HEFTY dowry, the woman to be a hot 16 year old virgin, and for the laws to be changed making women into my property to even consider marriage now. And even then, it’s not something I would really want to do, it’s just something I would then be willing to do. According to women, all of those things are off the table and I should be ashamed for even offering those terms. So there is no negotiation at all, those are the most generous terms I can even come up with.
