What she means by it is that she doesn’t have enough disposable cash to do/buy all the fun s~~~ she wants.

In any case, she will let you know, with absolute conviction, that it’s all your fault.

Basically, it’s the same thing as, “I’m not having fun any more,” but with a little bit of self-righteous misdirection to make it appear that you’re a loser with no ambition. Not a millionaire? According to pumpkin, it’s cuz you’re lazy. And boring.
