    Hi MGTOW,

To put it bluntly, I really do fear what the hell might happen in the future, I never publicly announce I’m MGTOW but the choices I make will make it clear that I am one to others. I’m going to no doubt be prime scapegoating material and no doubt walking on eggshells around the ever growing SJW crowd.

Should I invest in a microphone and a small body camera to carry on my person when out in public? Or am I just being completely paranoid still? I honestly don’t really know.

My dream of moving to Canada has already been pretty much shattered seeing how the state of politics is changing over there to be so feminised.

I’m really glad I don’t have a kid to bring up right now. Unfortunately I can’t just easily go off the radar as I love people and love being social… what do you guys recommend I do?

    ever growing SJW crowd.

It wouldnt have been long ago and I would have thought you paranoid. But I simply cannot believe my eyes lately with PC/SJWs running a muck.

    True story:

I was recently talking to a friend. He joined a new gym. They have signs up all over the walls saying things like ” no judging…no shaming…no meat heads (they used some other phrase I forgot but it means the same thing). They also have a blue siren on the wall by the free weights with a sign next to it with the meat head phrase.

My friend was lifting weights and the siren went off twice. He asked the guy next to him who was also lifting weights and really exercising, if it was going ofc because of them. The guy said “ya, they told me this isnt the gym for me and tried to get me to quit.” All because they were in shape and working out hard. No grunting or yelling or anything.

The gym also gives away bagels and pizza some nights of the week. How upside down has everything become so quickly? I know its been going in that direction for a long time, but the past 5 years its been on steroids. I think our liberal president (in the US) has made these causes feel more entitled.

So, personally I wouldnt go so far as carrying a recording device, but I cant believe how crazy the world has become. Maybe Im wrong and Ill need one soon too.

If you have a smartphone, it can do all that with no further investment needed. Like they say, there’s an app for that.

Or am I just being completely paranoid still? I honestly don’t really know.

Just because I’m paranoid, it doesn’t mean they aren’t out to get me. Yes, in all seriousness, a large bloc of modern society is against men who do not think like it does. Always conduct yourself with this fact in mind.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Gyms are more for a social experience, not really for fitness. 100 years ago there were practically no gyms—only bodybuilders would go to gyms. Heck this was true even 30 years. Starting roughly 10-15 years ago is when I noticed gyms proliferating.

I switched up my fitness routines, partly because of age, partly because I just don’t think gyms serve a real purpose for most.

For most people, as long as you live in a decent neighborhood and not a busy city, you should be running for your cardio outside, and then doing bodyweight stuff at home. I’ve actually had a home gym for 10-15 years, but haven’t lifted much in the past 3-4. Prior to that, I did my lifting in my basement (some people use their garage, that works too).

If you don’t have a home this won’t work, and I guess less people have homes now. You’re stuck with a gym in busy cities, and in apartments. Although body weight should still work in apartments, and outside of the worst areas in the worst cities running is still your best bet.

2-3 runs a week keeps my lungs very strong and keeps weight off for me, and even now I can still eat pretty much whatever I want. I don’t like eating crap, and I do have some dietary issues if I eat too much now, again that’s with age and there is no beating that. But physically, men should be able to be fit into their 70s.

    Phoenix,

Its true gyms are mainly meat markets but did you read what they were doing at that gym? They want to STOP guys from working hard by LITERALLY blaring a siren on the wall at them and even trying to get them to quit the gym offering them a refund. Thats insane!

Some of us, like you mentioned, live in apartments. I dont have room for free weights. Parking alone in my building is approaching $200. We have a small gym, but if I were to really get back into lifting weights the equipment would only last me a few months and Id plateau. But I agree gyms have that meat market/social feel. I wouldnt even use the word social. Typically its a bunch of dudes trying to show off and a bunch of women in spandex doing the same. But you can always find off times to go if you really want to. But if you have space for your own equipment you dont even have to worry about that.

I just feel like it’s so easy for someone to take a dislike to you and make some s~~~ up to ruin your life with, phones aren’t that practical seeing as you’re gonna need to have to keep them out at all times.

I don’t really think there’s an easy answer, maybe just avoid the majority of interactions with females/blue pillers will do the job

I’m going to no doubt be prime scapegoating material and no doubt walking on eggshells around the ever growing SJW crowd.

To me, MGTOW is about being secure in yourself regardless of what others do or say. MGTOW means that you are self-aware and possess the courage of conviction to pursue your own happiness, society’s disparagements be damned. Accordingly, eggshells are neither things you should fear, nor things you should ever find beneath your feet.

While there is no need to hide, there also is no need to announce or proclaim anything about your MGTOW priorities to the public. One of my all-time favorite quotes is from Game of Thrones and goes as such: “Any man who must say ‘I am the king’ is no true king.” Stealthy Mgtow, one of our brothers for whom I have great respect, has many thought-provoking posts about the subject: GHOST.

“We are on strike, we, the men of the mind. We are on strike against self-immolation. We are on strike against the creed of unearned rewards and unrewarded duties. We are on strike against the dogma that the pursuit of one's happiness is evil. We are on strike against the doctrine that life is guilt.”

Don’t have enough close acquaintances or family any longer (other than closest neighbors) to be recognized hardly anywhere in public. I usually shop in a small city about seventy five miles away and only the folks at my Dentist’s office and my Barber know me there. I can’t think of anyone else in that entire community who would know me from Adam.

Where the fk is Stealthy when you need him? ?

Just go about your life. There is absolutely no need to engage or talk with sjw. No fuel no fire.

Remove yourself from their gaze and know this ….

There will be a massive reset with this society and when it comes, you will be fine.

You just have to know your audience. Anything these people can do to you will be through legislation…I really doubt you are going to find roving gangs of women looking for men who don’t plan on getting married so they can beat them and drag them behind a pink pickup truck.

I don’t go around throwing my beliefs in people’s faces…but if they want to ask why I’m not married or whatever I don’t mind telling them I enjoy being single and don’t plan on marrying, or sometimes I’ll just tell them I’m still looking…either way they usually shut up. I don’t really go to the extreme of lecturing casual acquaintances on how feminism destroyed marriage though, I only talk about that with friends I know I can talk about politics with without any hard feelings one way or the other. Its great having some friends that you can simply agree to disagree with and still enjoy each others company and have intelligent conversations that don’t degenerate into name calling even if you don’t always agree with each other.

Live YOUR own life – not what you think other people want. I am a contrarian by nature. I enjoy being different. I work next to a complete simp who sounds like his life is about as exciting as f~~~ing store brand vanilla ice cream. Recently married, lives in a boring ass remote suburb complete with houses that all look the same and that rolls up the sidewalks at 6PM, became a father last year. is an “elder” in his Church (whatever that is). Tells his fat wife “Love you honey” every time she calls him. Sounds like watching paint dry would be more stimulating. Yet society probably worships this turd because he is “doing what is expected”. DO NOT become him under any conditions. I can tell you the most productive and amazing times of my life were when I went against the grain. As a single man I did what inspired me. Bought and renovated by hand a condo that I now rent out, went to meet ups if I wanted to socialize, courted women IF I needed some pussy. And if I did, I got “more ass than a toilet seat” (thank you Tom Leykis for that quip). I got married again (I get the dubious honor of Idiot of the Century for that one knowing what I did) and I feel like I am dying a slow death now. I have lost almost all my motivation, freedom and money. If this does not convince you to GYOW dude, nothing will.

Fear profits a man nothing, so don’t do it. I am not much into weights, I only have one good arm. From what I can tell gyms have replaced bars as a place for men and women to meet. The self loving narcissist crowd does seem to be in the majority, and actually working seems to have taken a back seat to preening and strutting. I have no advice to give in this situation other than don’t be scared….

Life is too long to play by someone elses rules....

No need to be public about being MGTOW. Keep the phrase “I’m looking for my soulmate, and I have high standards” on hand if anyone pries too deep, and just keep to yourself. It’s pretty simple – and as a plus, when something really shocking happens in society you can always come here and share the story 🙂 It’s also more genuine, as you will be perceived by others as such, which you are effectively doing anyway by being MGTOW.

Be your own gym! This book has some great warmups and exercises with diagrams and explanations. I only found it yesterday, so I haven’t tried lots of it yet, but it holds a ton of great ideas in one source and comes in mobi format for my kindle making it a effective guide I can dip in and out of easily. A lot of it involves gym equipment usage, but a large portion of the book is also dedicated to showing you tons of things to do outside of a gym, at a park and at home with minimal equipment.

We’re pretty much done as a society. I’m still not sure whether we’re done as a civilization. I think the Russians, Iranians, and Chinese rather think we’re not. I do think the West’s time is quickly coming to a close, however.

When people ask why I’m single, I lie. When people ask me my political and religious beliefs, I lie. When people ask me what I think, I lie. I don’t parrot SJW crap, but I demur and say idiot things like ‘I don’t really follow politics’ or ‘I think religion is private’ or ‘I’m really too busy for a relationship; it wouldn’t be fair to a woman’ or garbage like that. I have a few close friends I talk to.

I highly recommend bodyweight exercises. I like the book ‘You Are Your Own Gym’ by Mark Lauren. I find most gyms are sort of pointless, and I’m not a huge fan of free weights. But to each their own. I also recommend joining a dojo, but it’s sometimes hard to find a good one.

Things are going to continue to get worse and unravel, and things will end quite poorly.

"You can either love women, or understand women. You can't do both. Because once you understand women, you realize that there is really nothing to love."
