I'm About To Be Owner Of A PS4

2 hours ago, I bought a PS4 from Best Buy with $100 in gift cards. I’m starting to get excited because I’m going after new Resident Evil games along with upgraded version I have now on my PS3. I saw the graphical comparison of Call Of Duty Modern Warfare for the PS3/PS4/PS4 Pro and I will say, they really did a major clean up of the graphics. I didn’t get a Pro version, because of the added cost and I don’t see a big enough difference in clarity. So I can’t wait until my new PS4 and load it up with upgraded games. I have $139 + $70 in PSN gift cards to put towards games.

Beauty thing is, because I bought a Sony product, I get 5X the VISA rewards because I have a Sony Card. Whenever I get past every 1,000 points, it’s $10 free to put towards games. In other words, I get my PS games for free just for having those rewards.

This has been a great start to the new year; I pay off a debt card, discover I have excellent credit, and I bought a PS4 today. The only downside is that it’s VERY COLD in Chicago.

Nice! I haven’t been using mine since I got my Switch but I’ll likely be back to it eventually. Have more than a couple dozen games for it and most barely touched. My Xbox one collected dust between playing PS4 and WiiU so I ended up selling it.

Looks pretty cool, but I always thought of consoles as non-upgradeable PC’s. Can’t really throw another video card in it easily and you don’t get to adjust all the settings like you can on a PC. Looks like it will do the job though: Congrats and hope you enjoy the hell out of it bro! #GAMEON!

I can’t get into modern games, I had a Sega Mega drive when young.
