Someone should invite in a few hundred 3%’ers to their property, and then refuse to obey that law.

Those who pass unconstitutional laws are the criminals. Any cop that attempts to enforce an unconstitutional law is obeying an illegal order, and is committing an illegal act.

Resisting an illegal act is not a crime.

If this is allowed to stand no one will have rights but foreigners of those that are a part of government.

The good news is this tyranny has been tried before and has been struck down for various reasons, including violation of due process.

If this anti-gun ownership by that city council stands you will see towns enact and enforce immigration laws and ignore injunctions from judges until the rights and protections of U.S. citizens are defended.

This all started with the sanctuary cities and state ignoring federal laws. This erodes authority until no one obeys the authority, or the authority drops the hammer on those originally ignoring the law.

A city council can pass an law that fines a $1000 dollars a day per violation and eventually seizing all private property within said city that house illegal invaders within 60 days, or the law will be automatically closed if the anti-gun ownership laws of Deerfield, Illinois are removed for more than a year.

If I lived in that town, how would anyone there know what type of firearms I owned? How are they going to know who will be fined?

I talked about this with Faust just last week.
Yes, I think they want to move quickly on this before the Congressional mid-terms in November.

I also think is their window to get in false flags – before CIA democrats get into Congress and ask for gun repeal. They can’t go after Trump in any big way or repeal laws until they got gun control fixed.

I doubt that it will go very far. Sure the east and west coast left wing states will, but they are just the few who already refuse to recognize an out of state concealed carry license. It will go no further than Illinois, California, New York……. My state has always been and always will be a red state. In fact, it was only recently that my state passed a law where any legal adult without a felony can carry a concealed gun without the need for a license. The only reason I keep my license up to date is so I can carry in all the other states that will recognize it.

Deerfield mentioned a number of cities where mass shootings took place, including Sutherland Springs, TX where 26 people were killed in the First Baptist Church. That shooting was actually stopped by a man who used the very gun Deerfield voted to ban. No mention was made of that fact in the ordinance.
