Marriage makes about as much sense as renting a car for a week and paying for it for the rest of one’s life.

“Marriage makes about as much sense as renting a car for a week and paying for it for the rest of one’s life.” And the said car only starts when it wants, and can send you to jail anytime it desires!

It is a common failing of childhood to think that if one makes a hero out of a demon the demon will be satisfied.

    Marriage is dead. Period.

I mean, come on, that’s just ridiculous. What’s next? PETA dragging your ass to court because you burned ants with your magnifying glass when you were a kid?

Yet another barmy feminist inspired court ruling!

Surely this will wake up thousands of more men to MGTOW and to a marriage and cohabitation system that is rigged to benefit only women.

We’ve discussed this one before. She hasn’t won the money, just the right to bring her case to court. Given that he made all the money after their divorce, I don’t see how any court in its right mind could find in her favor.

Twenty years?  Even the statute of limitations on rape isn’t that long.  Think about that for a moment…

Also 5 judges unanimously agreed she should be able to go to court. Just imagine if the genders were reversed. The feminists would be loosing their s~~~.

If this woman wins a judgement against this man, it would be (given what we know from public information) the most egregious miscarriage of justice I can currently imagine. But think about the long term consequences… the potential silver lining… this could be the rope with which gynocentrism hangs itself.

Let’s say this female wins a judgement for half this man’s wealth, having done absolutely nothing to aid in his generating it, and then destroys his business and his life collecting that judgement. It will set off a fire storm. It will create a sea change in young men’s attitude about females in the UK… in a culture where gender issues are already strained close to the breaking point.

This guy will become an anti-hero and his story will inspire an entire generation of men to avoid marriage as if it were a plague infected carcass hurled over the city wall. It’s like George Carlin says about the planet killer meteor… don’t you sometimes just wish things would get worse? I feel for the guy, I really do. But his destruction could save millions and that’s almost too good to want to bet against.

Dammit, Doc, you beat me to it – lol!

The outrageous illegality of this ruling cannot be overstated – he made his bones after they were divorced and she never claimed she gave him the idea which he then stole. But I seriously hope they rule that she should get some money for the consequence Doc laid out – to see men wake up and refuse to have anything to do with women any longer.

Personally, if I were that guy I would quietly move all of my assets overseas to an unassailable bank and take a ‘business’ trip to wherever he plans to live, maybe Brazil, and then refuse to pay this slag a farthing of whatever the court awards.

I hope you’re right Doc as it’ll force Katy bar the damn door time on marriage, and it’s like not that’s happening anyway on it’s on accord. I just checked off reason number 753 to never get married no matter how the case swings. I imagine this guy is under boatloads of stress too.

I’ll nominate her for c~~~ of the week. Modern women find novel ways to boggle me on a daily basis.

@dans0n: Would I be safe from PETA for massacring ants using molten poly from burning the end of a rope when I was a child?

Believe me, I have zero love for gold digging whores who come around crying hardship decades later just because you made good for yourself and she went to s~~~… and I don’t believe this female deserves one red cent and hope she chokes on whatever she gets (the curse of the lottery winner x 1000!)

But yeah… let her win this “victory” and watch the dominoes start to fall. Men will be staying home in droves and this female will go down in feminism history as The Bitch Who F~~~ed It Up For Everybody. I can almost smell the poetry from here.

It does of course open another possibility – what if ten years down the line my ex wins the lotto – and I’m struggling …. Or the ex has married a billionaire blue-piller and I’m homeless … (or what if I’m not struggling and not homeless but just seeking ‘justice’?)

I hear you, @WarHar, but do you really want to be a conscience-less blood-sucking parasite too? Of course you’re simling pointing out the flip side of the issue but that’s a side I would never land on.

I know where you’re coming from GoneGalt and I agree, however, if this case were to be successfully brought it would be opening a HUGE can of worms and if even I as a semi-thicko can see this surely our legal people would see it too? Also, a huge number of women would stand to lose sizeable chunks of money – think Yoko Ono being sued by Cynthia Lennon for a slice of John’s estate! Hopefully there are enough second wives around to put their money-making minds to seeing the dangers. I’ll certainly be keeping a close eye on this case (and planting seeds in the comment sections!)
