You got till Sept 30 to do this. Why? I see their being a lawsuit.

While I was in Jail, I had a meeting with the lady that was the DV Probation officer. Now she denied doing any work with them at all. However, when I pinned her about what was her role, then she got a bit hesitant. 3 weeks later, she quit her job… Coincidence? I don’t think so.

In fact I can point out that she did not have ANY work as a DV probation officer. HER SOLE ROLE was to give out information to the office about Veterans who were in the system. (according to sources/ whistleblowers inside the department)

This is why this should worry the rest of you.
Remember how they gave all those Black Bro’s syphilis? Well, the VA has always been a Pilot program to see what works on the general population. Those E.M.R. Medical Records we so use today with EPIC? A UNIX based system was put in place by the VA long before the Private sector took mass adoption.

These programs have a way to filtered through the cracks. If its good for vets, the idea is never to get it done all the way in the first place. There is always some other kind of legislation that goes along with it.

You have till MONDAY to get this paper work in to OPT OUT. Sure you only had less then 23 days to know about it. And it was never published.. So there is indeed a Class action lawsuit that may be in the works. If you have any complaints,
The President set up a VA Hotline just for you. AND IT DOES WORK. I should now. THe second I called, I was thrown out of the VA VOCREHAB. 🙂

    THat number is:
White House VA Hotline: 1-855-948-2311. Calls are answered by a live agent 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The hotline is staffed by more than 60 agents who have had extensive training on VA programs and services.

Hate to burst your bubble but it’s worse than you realize.

Before the Clinton Era (as I define our entry into socialist hell), a doc (or his staff) could call up and identify themselves and have a cordial, rational conversation about information that was needed to provide for your care. The normal network of docs and staff were known entities who actually talked on a regular basis and knew each other.

Enter Uncle Obama and his bastard Uncle Billary.

The Health Insurance (not information) Portability and Accountability Act cause this lovely speed bump where anyone NOT a licensed professional is under the delusion that to talk to ANYONE you need a signed waiver. You don’t. If you actually read the fine print, HIPPA makes it harder for anyone caring for you to actually gather data that might be relevant to your health by sticking a retarded paper pusher into the room with your doc by making all the ancillary staff believe there has to be singed consent.

BUT the HIPPA rules also clearly dictate that every government agency, insurance, google data collector, and nefarious cyber peeping tom with a vested financial interest can get nearly unrestricted access to all your health data, accepting they have applied for the correct permits. This was the real desired effect of the HIPPA act.

Not only that, the government made this HUGE deal about shifting all medical data to electronic paperless systems.
And if you read the fine print in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Electronic Medical Records Mandate you will see that no matter how fragmented the idiots in Silicon Valley make you health care record, and no matter how impossible it is now for your docs to talk to each other, every single system is plugged directly into Uncle Obama’s spying computer systems…..

you and your data ARE THE PRODUCT…..

And having close personal knowledge of the VA, they’ve been doing this longer than anyone else. They are the model for the private sector changes they desire.
