I realized this yesterday and came up with this myself. Please feel free to use in any vid you want to make, and you can site Darreljameson even though it isn’t my real name if you use it.

    Buy or lease?
Would you take out a 20 year loan to buy a lambourgini if
-No insurance covers breakdowns, tows, or general maintenance-you pay
-You must pay to fix her if she stops running or be stuck with a broken car and the loan
-If the car is totaled in a wreck, you must fix it to drive her, and keep making payments regardless
-the resale value plummets instantly so there is no hope anyone taking over the payments…you are stuck with them forever.
-Even if she is no fun to drive anymore, payments will be taken from your check for next 20 years
-A leased car would come with warranty so that dealer provides you with a different lambo and repairs malfunctions to lease to someone else

Why not just rent or lease?
-Only pay for when you want to use it
-If you tire of the car, rent/lease a different one next time.
-malfunctions are on the dealer, she’s not yours to fix!

Would you take out an interest only loan to buy a home in New Orleans floodzone, where flood insurance isn’t offered?
-Who cares how cheap the payment is? You gain no equity to sell it, and no one would buy anyway…that is why it is so cheap!
-Acts of God beyond your control can ruin your investment
-You must pay to fix or be stuck with a leaky roof and a floor full of water, bugs, and rodents
-It may never smell the same again! But you’re still paying the mortgage forever.

Why not just rent or lease?
-Get you a room at a bed and breakfast. You only need it for the night anyway.
-you only enjoy if for the couple hours you’re home before you fall asleep for the night
-Let’s be honest, you only need to be awake in the room an hour or so before bed
-the rest of the time, you can be out sight-seeing
-if her roof leaks, plumbing clogs, or foundation floods you can get a room somewhere else.
-Don’t like the service? Don’t come back! There are other bed and breakfasts available any day of the year!

Before you say NAWALT, condemn those women publicly; it's like a signal flare to the good men you can't find. But. first...stop being THAT girl.

If you get rid of one you still don’t have to pay for it for your lifetime.

A wise mentor once told me, “if it flies, floats, or f~~~s, lease it!” I found out later he was totally correct.

Edit: I once read in a business textbook “never take out a loan on a depreciating asset.” Which is a more printable way of saying the same thing.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I have a boat … which I own. I lease it out to the right people.

    It is my escape pod.

When it comes to women …. I’m always in ‘fish & bicycle’ mode.

As I age they become more haggered externally and more rotten internally.

The young ones are pretty and I do like to cruse the car lot looking at the latest models …. but know I can never afford the ownership, upkeep or breakdown costs.

I do have them on dvd though …. being an enthusiast.
