ACCORDING TO THE SHOW, THIS IS REAL AND DID HAPPEN.

So I went around snooping for it..

And this is what I found..

IF I DID NOT SEE IT. I would think it was a lie. A made up story. But no.. This is true. Before I post a link to where I found THIS gem? READ THIS S~~~. And TELL ME men have any hope in the west with people actually not only approving of this, but we are talking ENTHUSIASTIC CONSENT OF AWESOME SAUCE IDEA! Why have dad pay child support when his CHILDREN FROM ANOTHER MOTHER CAN DO IT! And YES. It seems that this actually went to legal council of some kind.

Now this seems bad right? The Horror stories are just now rolling in from this one: Seem like some of the moms are already asking these men to start supporting these kids. Telling them it’s their responsibility now?

Let me make this clear, from what I have been able to dig about, the women in the town are actually starting to ask these men to take even more responsibility. And some of the women that these men are going out with had noticed that these single moms were going after their men and caused a fuss online on the schools website but was taken down apparently.

The more I looked around, the more I noticed something. These were the stories that were getting left behind. I mean Filterned in a way.

Have you ever heard about this guy forced to pay child support by the state AFTER his KID and Ex Wife DIES? And.. I think the mother might have been responsible. but that part is not clear.

Now why is it that I have been searching for over an hour trying to find anything on this, and nothing comes up? It may be false? Or.. Its just like everything else that men deal with. Its hidden under all the layers of everything else out there. Who knows.

But one thing is for sure. There is no slow down to taking men’s rights away that’s for sure.

What’s worrying about this is not that she is trying it on – we expect that – but that the courts may actually agree with her.

Lots of women will say they don’t need no man, as long as there is at least one man somewhere meeting their needs, or as long as there is a government somewhere extracting resources from all working men and using those resources to meet their needs.

This is actually pretty unsettling. Not interacting with anybody might be our only rational option. OTOH, it’s not at all uncommon for family members to try and screw each other over. Family and close ‘friends’ can be bigger liabilities than complete strangers. Those whom you trust the most are often likely the ones who will play that to their advantage to try and f~~~ you over…

One of the users from Reddit posted this that I found interesting considering California laws tend to be screwed up worse as compared to the rest of the United States.

Ca child support attorney here.

There are some cases where a non-biological parent can be ordered to pay support. This is not one of them. You have no legal duty to financially support your sibling unless you have a guardianship. Even then you wouldn’t be obligated to pay support.

In order to get support from you she’d have to file a Petition and in that petition allege your legal obligation. You have none. The petition would then be demurred and the case would end.

Make sure you respond to any legal pleadings sent to you but as a legal matter this is simply not how the CA family code works.

Like I’ve said before a few times, don’t even make eye contact with someone else’s kid if you don’t want to be liable for child support. I guess that now applies to half siblings too… 🙁

Non-biological fathers forced to pay CS is very old news by now. I would think that the liability should now be common knowledge. Young guys need to be made aware of this. They should be told about this kinda s~~~ in schools in sex-ed classes or something…
