They gave up on calling me years ago. .thank god.
I had gotten myself thrown out of court and that was that. .

Come on now Hitman, you can’t tell us that then not give us details. I am so curious now! If it is an epic story, please tell us, if something shameful, no worries, just plead the fifth.

My initial questioning, as a mere child, of feminism first expressed itself shortly thereafter.

I remember bra burning from as early as 1970, by the time Sonny and Cher divorced in 1975, I was well on my way into the gynocentric meat grinder with the love of my life MiZZZZZ Parkins!

If I could equip my time machine with offensive weapons MiZZZZZ Parkins would be a grotesque pile of c~~~burger!

In some years, I had the luxury of being able to spare the time to serve on a jury.

While I won’t go into details of my experience, let me leave one link.

Before you try to get yourself kicked out during selection, read this link first. It could be that you can do something about the system being unfair.

    Read and consider.

I always get kicked off first round. They ask if anyone has any positions or issues we have.

I always tell them I believe in Jury Nullification.

Then they ask me to clarify I tell them that if I believe the law is unjust, I will not vote to convict. Just like Rosa Parks had broken the law and not gone to the back of the bus like the letter of the law stated.

If I find the law unjust, I won’t convict.

I’m NEVER put on juries. Always a waste of my time since I don’t mind going on the juries. They simply want to get rid of me though. And I can’t hide it because they claim that I will be in trouble for not letting them know I am a supporter of Jury Nullification.

I always see people making up the silliest arguments not to be on the jury, yet mine is way more airtight to get you kicked off.

I respect the legal system like a loaded gun aimed at my head! I live a life of tiptoeing through the minefields so many blue pillers just can’t see. They don’t believe they live in shark infested waters until it’s too late. How many guys here are missing huge chunks of financial flesh from the bites of a meat grinding divorce?

A more appropriate word for that is wary. “Respect” assigns some sort of admiring traits for the judicial system which is really no different than a kangaroo court these days.

There is no justice when DA’s and other lawyers are concerned about conviction rates rather than whether justice was served.

I agree with Jury Nullification. But I would keep it secret until I am actually on a jury and have to put some non-violent offender in prison for a lengthy minimum sentence- and then I’d invoke it.

There is no justice in the courts. It’s mostly a system of blackmail and coercion where you have to make deals with the prosecution to avoid high lawyer costs, time spent and threat of cruel and unusual punishment in case you lose. So you go on the record admitting to a lower crime even though you don’t necessarily think you are guilty of it.
