I have been going through the process of refinancing my house to get my ex off the mortgage. The other day, I met with the real estate lawyers to sign all the paperwork. I had previously worked with their firm for my real estate stuff. I mentioned that this guy must be new, as I’ve not met him before today. He said he had just retired as a prosecutor and a friend, one of the partners, had asked if he wouldn’t mind helping out around their firm as needed.

We shot the s~~~ for a bit as I was signing forms and he offhand asked why I was refinancing. I mentioned my divorce and he asked who my judge was. I told him the judge’s name and he said, “I’m so sorry. I’ve seen so much misery walk out of his courtroom.” I hadn’t told him any other details. He just knew that I had been screwed. I revealed some of the major details and he just shook his head. He said it’s borderline criminal what that judge does. He said, “At least he’s retired, so he can’t ruin any more lives.” I joked about why he couldn’t have retired sooner and not taken my case.

This lawyer said he has prosecuted people he knew were guilty and people who he knew were innocent. He told me I never had a chance and I was guilty before I ever walked into the courthouse. I told him that this judge was why people say 99% of lawyers give the other 1% a bad name.

I presented an analogy to him. My ex blocks my number, randomly un-blocks it for an hour, and texts me that I have an hour to talk to my kid before I’m blocked again. Imagine you have an illness, an infection, cancer, broken bone, whatever. Now, I am assigned to be your doctor. You cannot go seek care from another doctor. I call you and tell you that my office is open for one hour at 7am. Two days later, I call and tell you my office is open for one hour at 5pm. I email you the next day telling you that my office is only going to be open for an hour at 11am on Monday and Wednesday. Perhaps you check your email in time to make it to the office. How adequate has your medical care been? Has the random and intermittent antibiotics, chemo, or other treatment had any effect? I would be put in front of the state medical board for such poor medical care. However, her sparse and infrequent allowance of contact with our kid is ignored. I cannot request another judge/doctor. I am appealing his decision, but what is the utility of appealing a decision when the result occurs after years of neglect. I can ask for more contact with my kid, but it’s been 2 years since the judge’s ruling. You can’t get chemo years later after you were diagnosed with cancer. Time is sensitive in these cases.

A co-worker recently told me, "If you want to see who someone really is, divorce them." I have found out how true this is. When your wife drops the façade of being the caring partner, you will witness all of the greed, hate, and spite that she has masked. It is truly breathtaking!

I keep hearing women are not evil. None of these men I think have had children with one. It is the ultimate Leverage over you. You have no idea what is coming down the road for you. School visits with trespassing orders. Watching your kids double in weight. Be told they can not leave the house all weekend cuz mommy has no friends anymore. Feeding them absolute garbage food. Everything you buy for them becomes used as a weapon by mom to cause pain and suffering. She will abuse your kid. And they will do whatever they feel like it. And they will revel in your pain. And the pain of your child.

Amazon Prime I “Heard” just won a legal battle. There was a mother that tried to sue a father for having amazon prime as a 3rd party and tried to arrest the delivery person. Never even got out the door. Jeff as well as others know full well who uses the service. And where much of that money comes from. But use a third party to send items as needed. Send them as loot crates so no one is the wiser.

iMickey, thank you. I wish I could get money from selling the house. The judge ordered me to pay her 80% of the equit in the house to buy her out. The court ignored that the remaining 20% wouldn’t cover many of the repairs the house would require to be sold. I’d lose money if I sold the house. I’m saving up to get the repairs done and hopefully after a few years of improvement, I can sell and make a good chunk of change.

I understand your fatalistic view and somewhat share it. However, I have the means and will to fight her and if I can win a Pyrrhic victory, it will be worth it to me. I am not able to give up on my kid, though I understand those who do. I may be wrong, time will tell, but I hope to get him back from her when he’s older and smarter. I am well versed in parental alienation and have done everything to counteract it. So far, things are going well.

Courts only exist to serve women, minorities, and government. Think about it. Does a man need a court? Ever?

Have you ever seen a muslim in court? Nope. Unless the burka girl is the clerk and is taking your money. Courts have no right over you unless you unless you consent. Withdraw your consent. Change your name, leave town, get a job that pays in cash, and start fresh. Stop paying the mortgage, and DON’T TELL ANYONE. Just f~~~ing disappear. After all, it’s HER home now, right?
