sorry if i am not responding sooner. i just turned on my pc to repsond quicker while looking for my phone charger which seems to be hiding from me.

at this point i dont no what to do. i have tried taking the advice from other mgtow’s this couple of weeks but it seems not to be working .

i feel like i am a lose cause at this rate. i have tried to be strong and show that as a man. i can battle my demons but they seem to be winning at this point in my life sorry.

i will admit that after my medication ran out. i went back to drinking as self medication. i am not happy with this but it did help for a while

but recently it has gotten out of hand. i do need help with it. i dont want to go back to anti depressions because they just make me sleep all day but i dont want to drink.

i would be happy to never to touch alcohol again in my life, because i dont want to turn out like my mother

i understand that i use the word feel too much. i usually think with my head and take everything at a logical stand point.

it wasn’t until a few months ago my best friend told me that i am to blunt and straightforward, so i started to use the word feel more.

To get back on point, i just want to stop this emotional down spire and get back on track with my bluntness and logical thinking.

I lost 4 friends to suicide. + a 5th died in a plane crash in the Army.
One threw himself in front of a train at 19 – over a break up.
2 drove their motorbikes off a bridge.
And another one drank himself to death.
