This is a pic of my ex i was going out with in 2000 she was far from being that chubby, she got 3 kids now at 43 just gave birth to a daughter… he had 2 before so they are 5 kids total in the house and one chubby fat ass bitch.

She was able to manipulate that guy into marrying her, taking in her 2 kids she had full time, and even having another baby…. while she continued her path of destruction of eating.

I remember when we bough the house me and her going to a brunch with her parents and family that fat hoe ate 3 big plates……..

Not in the world of freedom of speech! I would advise against personal photos only because it could come back to bite you in the ass, but to each his own in the way they speak.

I believe the only rule is not posting pictures of having sex with goats, and to self moderate.

When she was with me she was active for the most part we trained together and ate good she lost close to 60 pounds and she told me this is the best time of my life i feel great, i can now put some sexy clothes on, tight short jeans, and more. She gained confidence and more…. but obese people never keep the motivation up, they are lazy f~~~s. Everything ended when she got in touch with some fat friends she lost touch with i remember coming back from a wrestling event and there where 2 fat chicks with there boyfriend sitting in the living room, i remember getting into an argument with her about this because i did not want that in my life. Injured my back soon after and a hell started, eating spree, that was horrible…… the worst time of my life hahhaha

But even then she was not nearly fat back then now she looks like the queen bee, at 4 feet 11 she must be close to 200 pounds if not more……. she is a lazy f~~~ never cooked, never did nothing in the house…. imagine 5 kids wow that guy got is work cut out for him.

Yes true i still have some rage inside me, but its all my fault, my fault for sticking around theses bad relationships and getting f~~~ in the process.

My last relationship i wanted it to work so hard and endure crap for 9y just to be dumped like s~~~ and told i never loved you,,,,,, i hate you after i took care of her for so long.

Now people look at me and say for 44 i still have all my muscles sorry i don’t believe if you train and eat right you will lose that, if you become inactive and eat like a pig yes but i know fit 60 and even 70y old men….. people tell me someday you will meet the ONE’ also my friends wives and girlfriend tell me i changed lost so much weight i look good and so on……

I read lots of alpha male books i love them all, its good to think about yourself live like you want,,,, the only thing i don’t do anymore is approach women…. but the rest i do it dress well take care of my body groom etc…
