Similar thing happened to me in Holland and Barrett.

Tried to push infront of me at the que (line) so I turned my shoulder taking advantage of the shop counters layout.

You’ll never get the security footage. NEVER. Trust me. Security footage is there to protect their store, not you. And they won’t help. I’ve been there – when an x-girlfriend’s purse was stolen. They can’t be bothered.

Next aisle this creature and the manager catch up with me and he’s saying “this lady says you assaulted her is this true.”

First, I’m sorry this happened to you.
I often see women who intentionally try to inconvenience people. These women know exactly what they are doing. They look like male-hating sociopaths.
It’s a dangerous situation for a man.
You did the correct thing by not providing information.
I would have left the cart (after wiping away prints) and walked out (keeping my head low).
I would have a friend retrieve the car later.
Even if you are in the right, sometimes it’s better not to confront crazy women, because you know the outcome. The crazy woman cries to the police and away you go.
Body cams are great and they might save you. But I have also heard of ladies complaining to the police the the body cam didn’t record the event accurately. In some situations, men are still incarcerated. Our present legal system is adversarial to men.

I hate being inconvenienced by crazy ladies. But I just walk away in order to avoid the hassles associated with confronting the crazy ladies.
A landwhale is not worth the aggravation.

Maybe find a new store for a few months. Good luck.
