You mentioned you have some personal mental challenges, but try and keep it in perspective. Even I don’t think women need “dog collars and chains”. I could hate on her as much as I want, but wouldn’t I be wasting my energy on that?

I don’t permit her to live in my head. In fact, very shortly after, I totally forgot about her! For years! She never even entered my mind. The only time I mention it is in proper context when using it as an example. Since then, I learned to cover my personal & immediate ass, and that’s what matters.

It is unreasonable for you to allow yourself to be “enraged and disgusted” by something that didn’t even happen to you, and think women need “dog collars and chains”, when really – they need to just GROW THE F~~~ UP.
