Rofl…why is marriage unromantic? I don’t know…maybe because the government and society has turned it entirely into a financial contract. There are no more social standards or expectations that apply to how people should act prior to or during a marriage, and the stigma of being a divorcee is practically non-existent. You can be a total whore for a decade prior to marriage and cheat multiple times on your spouse before he divorces you and society doesn’t care anymore, where as a few generations ago either one of those things would have made you an unmarriageable social outcast.

Literally the only benefit of getting married is to set your partner up for a divorce rape, I don’t know how anyone could be surprised by Grant’s comments that marriage is unromantic, and I certainly don’t understand how anyone marrying someone who earns significantly less or has significantly less assets could ever think it a good idea…you bring 99% of the wealth to the table but in the event of a split you’ll be lucky to walk away with 50%…yeah…no thanks on that one! If I’ve come to that conclusion with my level of income/wealth…I’m pretty sure it was a lot easier for Grant to arrive at that same conclusion consider his income/wealth is much greater than mine.

I don’t expect to live to 80 since i will probably just die about my late 30’s to my early 70’s so i am gonna miss out on a wife pushing my wheelchair. So before ill go in 20 to 50 years tell me how it is man.
