Back in late April HR and upper management decided it was time for the warehouse manager to “hit the road”. He was given his walking papers most likely because he’s a white male. Management attempted to replace him with a non white male. TO NO AVAIL. What they didn’t take into consideration was this was the only work this dude had done since he was 18. He’s 40 now. 22 years of driving a forklift and warehouse organization goes a long way. He had that warehouse spotless and practically in alphabetical order. It has turned into a s~~~hole since.
Management is now reaching out to him with a considerable increase in salary and benefits if he would come back. I don’t know if he will take it or not because his experience is very much wanted by other companies. I believe management was just trying to fill a quota not realizing how much it was going to cost them. I’m old enough to know not to say anything but I sure want to ask them how that diversity is working out for them.

Anonymous12I’ve seen this happen many times before. Not only with white males but with people in general. They either fire a very experienced person only to replace them with an idiot or they let an experienced person resign without any fight to try and keep them. Again only to have to replace them with not just 1 but 2 or more incompetent f~~~ers because now they need more people to do the job that the previous person could do alone.
I guess it all looks good on their reports.
All HR departments are a joke. And not a very funny one. They are almost always staffed by major t~~~s and their flock of assorted mangina. Nothing good can come out of any interaction with that department. I avoid as much as I can
Incompetence is best supported in government jobs, but has a short shelf life in the real world.

He needs to multi-year contract as a thirty party. That way they cannot fire him without an exit payout, while he gets the benefits and a higher salary.
HR consist of C~~~#1 and C~~~#2. I knew they were in for a real s~~~ storm the day they got rid of him. That warehouse is HIS and nobody else’s. He doesn’t/didn’t even want anybody walking around in there out of fear they would somehow f~~~ it up. He just wanted you to ask for something and he would have it for you within a minute or two. From what I understand it now takes at least 20 minutes or longer for his replacement(s) to even find the product. It’s not a small warehouse so you HAVE to be organized. HR finally got fed up with the major amount of complaints so now there willing to “buy him back” to get out of the situation they f~~~ed up in the first place. He’s most likely going to negotiate a long term deal if he decides to come back. Good for him. I wish him nothing but the best. I hope he doesn’t leave any money on the table. Once again HR proves to make sure s~~~ty employees are hired while the good ones are fired.

The human resources department was invented to bottleneck quality workers so that only the most incompetent people are hired. The HR department was created to play the bigoted “quota” game of hires. It is not how skilled you are, or who you know. It is how dark your skin is and if you are born with a vagina.
Any company that wishes to do well should leave the hiring and firing of employees to their section/department managers for the hiring for those sections/departments.
The problem is HR do have a lot of power. They should just be given the role of a complain box and nothing more.
HR should only he an administrative department. They should handle all the paperwork for hirings, firings, legal, payroll, etc. They should not be creating policy. They are not operationally savvy.

No. In such a situation, the HR would be very savvy, for all the wrong reasons. It is simple, in such an environment if a worker wants to get a ahead he or she has to kiss the collective ass of the HR department. In such corporate environments, I would not be surprised if HR department members received under the table bribes from workers in exchange for job advancements. And peer review and attempt to go over the HR department heads will not work. HR is the ones whom “grade” the peer review. And the HR department was put in place so the executive elitists would not have to talk to the peon workers.
If ever there was a justification for advancing communism, as defined by Karl Marx, the “corporate workplace” would be a solid example of how messed up the current economic culture is.
I mean they can’t do the operations jobs, like drive a forklift, or any of the services that actually earn the company revenue.

The Enforcer film was made 1976. Even back then, they knew what the quota system would lead to and they still DID IT! The reasons they did so are simple. Hatred, sadism, and malice.

I am watching 2008 The Dark Knight film right now. Heath Ledger, whom played the Joker in that film, later ODed and died. The version of the Joker he played was downing red pills like they were candy. Heath Ledger likely could not go back to the rose colored glasses in the life he lived after having that many red pills.
While the Joker was a monster in that film, unlike other versions of the Joker, such as the blue pill cuck Joker in the Suicide Squad film, the TDK Joker was red pilled to the point of insanity.
The only difference between him and MGTOW was he took action in that film. But, that is fiction. Would be much, much harder for one man to cause so much chaos in real life.
There is a quote in that film. Not the “Watch the world burn” quote. Another quote. The quote I am talking about is stated by the Joker. That quote being “If you are good at something, never do it for free.”

That’s similar to what happened to me at my NASA job in 2016, the one that put me in a financial hole and made me homeless.
They hired on a black woman to work “filing work,” and I won’t forget my co-workers saying amongst themselves “we didn’t have any openings, what are we training her for?” Two weeks later, I was terminated over one “mistake” I made and was told “we don’t have room for even one mistake,” despite that “mistake” being that I didn’t submit something on time. That something was a document I was JUST handed that same day before they sent us all to a “mandatory meeting” that ended up just being some guy’s retirement party. I remember asking if I could just stay so I could complete that document but was told I HAD to go, though I was still new and didn’t even know the guy.
I’m a white male from South Africa now living in the US. I know all about quotas and affirmative action. F~~~ me even the South African rugby team has !!! To be 50% black, no matter how useless they are.

He would be very unwise to go back. They will stab him in the back again. Firstly because that’s the nature of the beast, but also because no c~~~ can stand being made to look a fool.
