The principal reality of life is that the end is death—for everyone. You young guys might not think much about death but take it from me as you get older it becomes an issue you must be aware of and deal with. Which raises a question since everyone knows they have to check out one day how would you like to go? I’ve been in car accidents and of course endured four strokes. And most diabetics end up going blind and having limbs cut off YIKES. Then there is also the slow onset of dementia etc. None of these ways out particular appeal to me but when I go I hope its like this:

I won’t happen but I wanna see a nuclear bomb go off in front of me.

To die almost touching the power of a sun.

To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

Sleep is really the best way to go but fighting like a lion before you fall would also be satisfying.

I’ve been in car accidents and of course endured four strokes.

Since you have had four strokes you need to make sure you wishes are known so you do not get into a situation of having locked-in syndrome (cannot move, but awake). Any type of death is better than that.

And most diabetics end up going blind and having limbs cut off YIKES.

Most diabetics have warning signs before it reaches that point.

Then there is also the slow onset of dementia etc.

That is the dice issue. Especially, if you are taking care of yourself with no outside help, and if the dementia reaches a point you have no other options than going to a nursing home.

Dementia is the one situation where even families whom take care of their elderly relatives will sent the person suffering from dementia if that person turns violent due to their dementia.

My suggestion have your affairs in order.

You may consider to have exit plan that is quick and easy should your quality of life decrease to a point you are no longer living and you are existing. I am not suggesting this. I am just pointing this out.

Though, with your health problems there is a good chance a stroke could outright kill you before you even realize you are dead.

With your luck you will probably get shot by some idiot with a Glock. The irony of being killed by a gun you hate!

Well, here’s a first, I would have to agree with Carnage. If not nuclear, at least a big motherf~~~ing bang. If it’s true that time almost stands still when you die, I think I would enjoy being aware, if only for a few milliseconds, of the mollecules vaporising away from my body.
I would not like it slower though, like burning alive in a fire as that would be too painful.

The answer is NO. “I could but I won’t”. Memini murum!
