    https://www.yahoo.com/news/assistant-principal-accused-raping-16-161507941.html

Female assistant principal is charged with raping a 16 boy student. No shock there. What is crazy about this case is that Missouri has something called an “Alford plea”. This allows her to assert innocence while acknowledging the evidence proves her guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

What the actual F&CK?!?! So instead of jail time she gets two years probation and surrenders her teaching license, like her license was ever going to do her any good now anyway.

So yeah, I know I’m guilty but I want to assert my innocence anyway because…vagina. And by doing that it makes her somehow look a little less than guilty than convicting her because……vagina.

The prosecuting attorney said ““Some people might not understand the bargain that was struck in this case unless they really understand what she had to give up voluntarily to get that bargain.”

He added: “That was basically her livelihood, and she had to surrender that.”

Well she admitted she was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, so if the prosecutor cared about the law at all he could have gotten her license and some jail time. But then again, men aren’t really victims of rape because….vagina.

I wonder if a man has ever tried to use the Alford plea? Something tells me the prosecutor wouldn’t be so lenient if it were a man trying to say I’m guilty but not really guilty.

Chick logic is now an actual defense to stay out of jail.

    Order the good wine
