    Dear brothers,

Wherever i go, i always see the same. A lot of zombies with their dumbphones, living in a bubble with no critical thinking, all indoctrinated in a new language, based in our common language, that change the meaning of the words depending of the moment. It doesn’t matter if the person is eighteen years old or sixty, the eventual result will be the same.

Every day it’s harder to find a “normal” person (normal is the opposite to normal), all is trivial, there’s an ideology breaking families, social relationships, idiocy is ruling, lots of people don’t give a damn when at the same they are treated like friggin slaves.

The worst part of it is that it’s not local, or it happens in a few countries, it happens all over the world.

If you talk with people doing their undergraduate, their general culture is below zero, somebody, an average guy only twenty, thirty or forty years ago in the first years of high school could easily have more knowledge meaning with that how to manage themselves in life , people is more idiot than yesterday but smarter than tomorrow.

Perhaps they have more data in their brains (but useless or used in a bad way to make a living) i said on average, not everyone, that’s not fair and i didn’t try to mean that at any moment.

I always liked to be against the mainstream, because i thought that there was something fishy in mass ideas.

Now i’m a little bit lost (not really because everything it’s clear) but i have some kind of inner urge to be against that idiocy and nonsense movement.

All of sudden, i like to read books from centuries ago, learn about classical music, look for new and more specific words to think better, do a lot of things that i dislike twenty years ago improve my expression, my writing in my language (English is not my native language as you can see) recover my lost latin, learn old greek, oratory, geometry, music, maths, philosophy, start to paint as i used to do when i was 12, run again because i left it a couple of years ago, do some weights again, i want to feel alive, and all of this is just because i’m watching too many zombies on the streets.

Do i sound like a mad man for having a little spark of life in my heart? Or do i still sound sane?

As I get older I care less and less about society and the people around me. How to rebel? Just do what you want. Probably helps though to not get tattoos, not be a vegan, not care about the environment etc Make a point to passively resist everything the zombies hold dear.

Conservative- nothing inherantly wrong, but contrasts with the lefty movement of having to destroy the old to get ahead rather than learn from our fathers.

Afinogyny.. from the Greek Afino {to abandon/ to set down/ to leave /to allow/ to let } + Gyny {Women} MGHOW’s philosophy to not engage women without “hating them”. Narcorca =Narcissistic Orca typically spouting to a bathroom mirror taking an arms length selfie ; Wallinate describes post wall females whose SMV is terminally negligible New Years resolution "To not make women happy" . Instadestitue: yet another Neologism for Men that cohabit with women that decide to pull the handle of intervention orders.

I think that the OP might be correct in saying that people are more stupid today. Either that or profound stupidity in our society has just become more exposed and accepted.

In any case, I do not intend to be any sort of rebel. Ghosting is indeed the way to go. You can’t ‘fix stupid’ and attempting to do so will only make you a target. We’re now outnumbered by the imbeciles. I think it’s best to just draw the bridge and keep your head down…

It’s like that for me too.

I understand OP has good intentions and wishes the world wasn’t so f~~~ed but he needs to understand by trying to save it he will only hurt himself and see his efforts was futile all along. The captain you must realize that we’re living in a time where collapse is also imminent to which balkanization will occur so yes there are zombies out there but don’t let that deter you from the fact that there are also like-minded individuals like yourself who are willing to form their own groups and split from the herd.

What you really need to do is ask yourself ‘Am I prepared?’ because when SHTF believe you me humanity will be the last thing you care about.

And most of all, DONT FEED THE MONSTER. Learn to live a minimalist lifestyle and don’t try to let consumerism shape your life.

I do too. I’ve always been fascinated with older books. Anything before the 20th Century is good material.

There is no doubt about it. Our society is degenerating. People are a lot dumber and more useless than they were 100 years ago.

I really enjoy reading about the Renaissance and Enlightenment. I am also a collector of 19th Century books on Physics. Back when they were first discovering the principles of Electricity and Magnetism. Trying to understand the nature of Light and Optics. Back when Men were Men and there was nothing they could not achieve with their ingenuity and intelligence.

Its also fascinating to read Ancient Greek Philosophy. Plato’s “Republic” is mind blowing. They were so much wiser back in those days before the Dark Ages. Democritus had already proposed the first Atomic Theory back then. All of that came from the Philosophers of Greece. Unfortunately, when the Christian Dark Age came in, they burned most of those great books and we will never know the depth of their Ancient Wisdom.

Just a point on consumerism: when I read texts from Yang Chu, Epicurus (or people writing about him) and Thoreau, I always see mentions about consumerism. So even people 2500 years ago were addicted to consumerism, buying things they didn’t need because their lives were empty.

I would say that yes, marketing has become an even stronger and more efficient “science”, meaning that it is much harder than before to break free of its grasp, but it has always been this way. At least since hunter-gatherer societies have changed to agrarian ones.
