The larger defense systems have safeguards in place. These weapons are a deterrent ONLY.

If used, what I can say.. is that in order to aim the target packages. Your going to have to do some Pretty trick s~~~. And unless you know Vacuum tubes? You may have some problems. Just saying.

Threats of Nuclear war? Don’t worry about it.

But if it DID happen? All major detonations will happen in the air. This is to stop communications and provide maximum coverage or yield per explosion.

After the ESD disrupts most of the Ground based Coms, transportations essential services etc, Biological warfare starts. Targets will be local chemical plants in the area.

If they set a biological bomb, you clean it up with.. You guessed it. NUKES. That’s the killer angle. Your own country might be the one to use the nukes first on itself to protect itself while also f~~~ing itself.

The launch platform will have to be submarine based. But any smart person that is going to do this is just going to use commercial aircraft to get the job done. or GULP.. Commercial shipping.

There are ways to mask a nuclear signature. And the yield that is needed is almost undetectable if they follow proper shielding and use Marine grade enriched items. They can also store it in fuel oil tanks and coal shipments.

By the time the first one goes off, NORAD is going to be useless for what you THINK it is for. It does give some warning. But realistically, the other side already thought of this.

Large cities are really not going to be the primary target. It will be the farms and food and production sources. Followed by power plants and water reservoirs.

Cold winter months or heat extremes will be used to time attacks. Local bridges, Railways, and others will be the first to go even before the initial nuclear detonation.

Heat is a major concern when the electricity goes out. That is why it is vital to remove Natural Gas and other Fuel sources.
