How I miss the ex -wife drama — NOT!!!

I have notice how happy my life has become since I have a limited my exposure to the ex-wife on a daily basis. The daily crap of being called this name, followed by that name has become a distant memory. It been replaced by a new sense of purpose for what I want to do. I have found a great job that I love that I would never have been able to do if I was still married.

Do I miss my kids ? of course but I have set myself in the direction both financially and mentally I have denied myself for years because I would get the ” you need to be here for this, or you need to do that”. Its nice being able to open the prison cell that has been unlocked all along. and walk out to a free world with unlimited possibilities.

She tries her best to climb back into my world but I wont let her and she is p~~~ed. Its all about the her still trying to regain her loss power over me. THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!! I REFUSE TO LET IT !!!! A friend has text me she has having her pity party via Facebook. I said let her, it doesn’t affect me one bit on where I am going in my future..

Oh that started over a year ago, She is using the shaming card along with the guilt card. I use to drop everything including work to be everyone’s personal assistant. That has stopped when she told me wanted a divorce over a year ago. Yesterday I got the text I need to pick my son up from school because he stayed after and he was going to walk home. I said “sorry no can do, I am working”. he got a ride home from another friends parents

Oh I see, this has to be done for your own health, people will shame you but you know you love your kids and so dose the x and they will just up at a thought use them to keep in in a constant running around for her. The ex-wife gets p~~~ed off at me and threatens she will go back to court and get sole custody of the kids. I said ” OK if I understand you correctly, you go to court and get sole custody and you say I will never see my kids again right. Then I say ok and I decide to move out of a state and catch up with the kids when they leave the house for college in 2 years. She stopped for a minute and thought about it and the magic light bulb above her head went off with the sign ” OH CRAP HE IS RIGHT!!! F~~~ I WILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOT F~~~ING TIME FOR MYSELF!!!!

Hear that s~~~. My XW even went so far as to drag my friends into it trying to get me to cave in, using the victim & jealousy cards, as well as a slew of other tactics. I was the only one that didn’t fall for the trap and it costs me my friends as well because of her. I am sure it was the beginning of my awakening & one of my first red pills, if not the first.

Agree with others, they go ravenous and use their full arsenal to amp the drama off the chart.
I don’t miss that 3 ring circus one f~~~ing bit & am so thankful for becoming even more weaponized by this site on having the the latest upgrades on not only being more aware of their devices, but also on how to best safeguard against them.

Last time I did see her, I was blown away at how hard she hit the wall. I have seen bugs after they hit my windshield that faired better.

I had this song invade my head last night, life is full of mysterious co-incidences, but I did enjoy the Suicidal song much more.

Once I was out from under the harassment of divorce it felt great I just walked away with nothing. I didn’t have a penny. She got the house, the car, the kids, child support, alimony and everything in between, She thought she won and screwed me royally. But she got stuck with all the responsibilities (that she claimed I wasn’t shouldering), paying the mortgage, keeping the house going, all the yard work, repairs and maintenance, disciplining the kids, running the kids here there and everywhere, grocery shopping, banking, finances, etc, etc, etc,

I felt free as a bird. But I found it very hard from re-entering and staying out of the trap with other women. Went on to buy my own home in an up scale neighbourhood, become a sought after bachelor, travelled the world, start several businesses, retire at 54 and become extremely wealthy.

I agree with you Robert. I have basically nothing but I am as free as a bird like you say. The material thing in life will be replaced in due time. Yes my ex-wife gives me the speech of how she has everything but she doesn’t have the happiness I feel on the inside that no one can take from me!! Funny thing is I am guessing she is not happy with the outcome ( she got everything) except her control over me!

I meet a good friend tonight who gave me the best line I have heard in a long time:

When his ex-wife is screaming at him , telling him how much she hated him , followed by everything else– He calmly looked her in the eyes and say ” your right, you hate me — you should divorce me” . His ex-wife looks at him with a very confused face and say ” but we are already divorced!!” then he said you are absolutely f~~~n right– get over it and move on. I only feel indifferent about you. YOU NEED TO MOVE ON!!”
