I went from 98kg to 90kg shredded in 5 weeks. I was training twice a day, weights in morning and cardio in evening 6 days a week, plus I used Gregg Avedon’s eating plan. I was never hungry and used my watch on countdown timer every 2 1/2 hours so i never missed a meal or protein shake. I also had zero caffeine and alcohol.

They sell exercise wheels, you probably seen them before, that basically forces you to roll yourself out into a plank position and then pull yourself in. They cost about 10-20 bucks.
Do one set in the morning, one evening(or noon) after work, and one before bed. Shoot for 15-50 reps per set, (20-25 is the ideal), 2-6 days per week (depending on your bodily structure, this varies for everyone. You will have to experiment on the frequency for yourself).
