Hey guys I live in the us, I want to buy a home but I don’t like having my personal information publicly available. Is there a way you can buy a home anonymously? Example incorporate myself and then have my corporation purchase the the house. If you can’t purchase a house annonymosly, how can you incript the hell out of it?

Look into buying it in a trust. Then you can designate the beneficiary who will get the house when you die. That way the trust owns the home not you and it avoids probate when you die.

I don’t know where you live, but real estate is grossly overpriced right now in most US locations. I don’t own a house right now, thanks to my divorce. I refuse to buy right now. Maybe WHEN the prices come down (I’m convinced they will), but not now. Just a thought. The demand bubble from 9 years ago burst and was replaced with an interest rate bubble. Some day interest rates will have to raise. When they do the prices will come down. We are also WAY past due for a recession. There are already signs of a recession coming. We are currently at an all time high for people defaulting on their car loans. Just one indicator that doesn’t look good.

Do what the high-end homeowners due with their multi-million dollar condos in London. Create a corporation, fund the corporation and then have the corporation buy the property. The owners of the corporation use the property. When it comes time to sell you don’t sell the property. You just sell controlling interest in the corporation. The money you will save in real estate sales taxes alone is a fortune. Ownership of the property never changes because the corporation is a ‘legal person’ and the same ‘legal person’ still owns the property as it hasn’t changed hands.

If you want to hide the ownership further, setup a holding corporation in the Cayman Islands, have the holding corporation create the corporation that owns the property. That way the ownership of the property corporation is listed as the holding company. Corporations have to have their ownership listed and that will be the Cayman Island holding company. At that point the trail of ownership ends because the owners of the holding corporation can’t be revealed, etc.

You don’t so much ‘buy’ a trust as set on up. There are lots of legal rules about who is the trustee, etc. Best to consult a real lawyer if you want to understand the ins and outs. I’m not a real lawyer nor do I play one on TV so consult a real one before embarking on such an endeavor.

Pointless exercise. The CIA, MI5, MI6 know everything about you.

Your information is all over the internet.

You are on CCTV hundreds of times per day.

You are small fish to the government. They have bigger problems. Even if they have your data unless you have grabbed their attention chances are they won’t bother with you. What have you got to lose? It’s not illegal.

Trusts are good. Corporations are good. Do it. But beware of scammers. If it’s too good to be true it usually is.

    Don’t trust anyone. Family especially.
