So I’m working my last month as a guard, then starting school in HVAC come this January. It was a big decision on my part, as I see security industry being on decline, and generally workers are not treated very well at all, in terms on $$ and overall respect from just about anyone. So I said FCK IT, and actually am pretty excited to do something useful.

But, the last week they sent me to work at a sub housing area, with a problem in homelessness and drug addiction. This is really CANCER! The whole f~~~ing fentanyl, meth addiction is spreading like fire over here. The people that come into the building that I’m guarding, are crackheads, methheads and recently carfentanyl addicts. It’s really sad and demoralizing to watch this s~~~ show unfold.

My role there is to be NICE, and to ask visitor’s of drug dealer for their names. Most of them are cool and do give their names (fake), but some of them give me attitude. What really p~~~es me of is how nice staff are to these drug dealers. I only have 3 days left to go, and then I will be working in a much better place. But I really feel like exploding and doing some hardcore damage to these c~~~roachers-drug dealers. Fck, if only they didn’t have cameras all over the building, I would go for it. I despise drugs and dealers. At the same time I realize that they are nothing more than small parasites in a much larger machine. The cops are busting bigger dealers and labs all over the place, seizing drugs and putting dealers in jail. But every time there’s a new one that spawns…it’s a f~~~ing never ending cycle…

What’s really f~~~ed up is that lots of users are women, and they have the s~~~tiest and nastiest attitudes too. Recently one of them came over with a bag full of needles and god knows what else. Started defacating and urinating right there in the lobby…

Get out of there. You are not allowed to do you job and if something happens you will likely be the first one blamed.

A security guard is not a doorman. Doormen hold doors and are polite to those whom enter. A security guard is suppose to be in place to protect the property and keep dangerous people from entering the property.

My solution is to lock all dealers and druggies in a building they will not leave, anyone breaking out is shot on the spot. They get as much drugs as they want from dispensers loaded from the outside. They can also get some food and water from dispensers loaded from the outside. No tools, no utensils except flimsy plastic sporks. No one leaves.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

I became perturbed similarly to a different social constant recently. I resorted to mild vandalism which in hindsight was very foolish on my part because of the enormous risks I was taking. Anger and Resentment had set in, like a bad seed. It grew and grew and then I did dumb stuff. Id hate to hear about you getting mixed up in some retarded crap. Gotta rise above it. I think you will end up as a good apprentice doing HVAC and lead a good life man. You and I both are struggling for sustainable employment. Rough times for younger folks. I figured that the only way to gain sustainable employment is to get my hands dirty and gain useful skill. And because plenty of boomers are retiring, not too many SJWs and Libs would want to do that kind of work. A white collar job is ingrained as a norm for career. But I do know a bunch of ppl making a KILLING with trades. Not without it’s own downsides, as is anywhere really.

At first, I really hesitated about it, but now I have no doubt at all. I will be leaving my parent’s safe nest soon, rent a room and finally grow and realize own potential.
